Mad Scientists and Petty Tyrants

On Monday of this week it occurred to me that even though the pharmaceutical companies got blanket immunity for their experimental gene therapy shots they call vaccines, companies and governmental entities that mandate the experimental shots could be sued for any adverse reactions – and as adverse reactions mount, suits for wrongful termination or refusing admission. Last time I looked two days ago, the death toll listed on VAERS was over 4,300 – which is 87 times the number that has previously stopped distribution of a new drug (50). Beyond that, it is a federal crime to require anyone to get an experimental drug that is distributed under an emergency authorization as a condition of employment or admission. This could be a huge source of class action suits against uppity “woke” entities. Lo and behold, just a few hours after the thought occurred to me, I discovered that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has advised employers that they will be held liable if such mandates cause harm.  

Hoo-haa! The pharmaceutical companies got their slice of the pie at the expense of ordinary people; now the trial lawyers will get their slice of the pie at the expense of those idiotic entities that are so “woke” they bought into the narrative. This is one of the reasons the left can rarely sustain victory for very long: they are as savage as a spider’s nest and can’t help feeding on their own.

Meantime, the establishment media is now trying to memory-hole their claims a year ago that evidence of Covid emerging from the Wuhan lab was all “debunked” and the product of “conspiracy theories” on the part of the right. They are trying to memory-hole it because the evidence is now overwhelming that it DID come from the Wuhan labs. And these clowns wonder why fewer and fewer believe them when they claim something has been debunked or is a conspiracy theory. They have no clue what they are talking about and just make it up as they go along. More folks figure that out each day.

Finally, the comedy of malice is coming unglued – and Dr. St. Anthony Fauci finds himself increasingly in the hot seat. It is certain that he helped fund the critical research to create the virus in the Wuhan lab through a cutaway after such funding was banned in the U.S. Thus, Fauci almost certainly holds substantial responsibility for creating the very virus that he has used to bully people with. He’s like one of those arsonists who sets houses on fires so he can be a hero and rescue the people inside. Except that Fauci and company did their dead level best to ban those inexpensive substances that were most effective in treating Covid (ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine with zinc) in order to prop up a very expensive drug (remdesvir) that is not as effective and to create very profitable experimental gene therapy shots that, as I mentioned earlier, have already had 87 times as many deaths attributed to them as is supposed to suspend a new drug trial. Meantime, the primary means of mitigation he demanded, masking, provided little or no protection against viral infection while increasing the incidence of facial and laryngeal infections AND weakening the immune system by reducing oxygen intake an average of 17 percent. The only recommendation from Fauci and the CDC that has some efficacy is social distancing – but we are not allowed to have an honest discussion of when and where that is warranted.

What all this mess HAS been good for is empowering would-be tinpot tyrants in public health departments, local governments, and corporate board rooms to boss ordinary people around. The CDC, like the CIA, is supposed to be an ADVISORY panel, focusing on a narrow aspect of a larger problem in order to help responsible people and authorities make informed decisions. Advisory panels should NEVER have mandatory authority. They only concern themselves with a narrow slice of an issue and do not have a global view of all the aspects involved. Never has it been clearer that the late Congressman Richard Armey was correct when he said that, “…liberals don’t care what you do as long as it is mandatory.” This last year has been the season of mad scientists and petty tyrants. Enough already! It’s time to toss off the chains of arrogant bureaucrats peddling pseudo-scientific mandates and ignorant ninnies running social media companies banning solid data and science as “misinformation” while peddling the leftist narrative. We are NOT all in this together.

Besides a great lineup of speakers, we will have demonstrations and information available on medical issues, communications (with ham radios), sustainability (focusing on people in town and apartments – how you can survive and even thrive in extreme times) and work with prayer teams.   3. Folks are dying! Three folks in their 40s, connected to me in the last two weeks. They didn’t wake up in the morning. When I went to the first funeral a week ago that Church had five funerals in one week: one old, my friend in his 40s and three in their 20s. Tomorrow we bury John’s sister, also in her 40s.
    Two major train derailments near the Minnesota/Iowa border within the same time period.

      1. Thank you all for prayers! They are badly needed. This last death at least is highly suspected as vacci-clots. Autopsies are being performed. She had an inherited clotting marker of some sort. At the funeral my doctor told me to be sure to take nattokinase twice a day as clotting prevention which adds to the idea it was vacci-clots. It was uplifting to see so many of my former students who were still her friends. The women are intelligent and very nurturing moms and the men are excellent dads. And the miracle 9 year old twins we prayed into life were there too.

    The outcome of this outrageous overreach has been obvious destruction to state economies, jobs, living freely, and government oppression, such as canceling religion. Now folks can see from Texas and Florida that NY, Mich, Penn, NJ, and Cal were not justified at all by their lock downs. I continue to hope that the general public will have sufficiently realized the danger of the Democrat Party to turn against them in the ’22 election.

    Re suing the fed gov, as sovereign it must agree to being sued, and I doubt it will allow that. Its argument will be the greater good achieved if by an imperfect action. There is ample precedent in tort law under the Justice Hand Rule and the Coase Theorem ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calculus_of_negligence ) that if the estimated cost of the plaintiff’s action (here the fed gov waiving patient rights to sue the drug companies for vaccine caused death) is less than otherwise, no damages are justified. In other words, the Gov would argue that more people were spared death by the vaccine than those who died from it, and the waiver was required to have pharma produce and distribute the experimental vaccines..

    1. I did not mean suing the federal government – I meant all those regional and local governments. And if the feds ever tried to mandate the gene therapy shots, civil suits against it would be moot. It would be a civil rights suit – and it IS not immune to those.

      1. Vaccine pressure is showing itself in various ways. BTW, “gene therapy” sounds like something good, because “therapy” has a positive connotation. “Gene manipulation” is a term I’ve heard that might (rightly) make people more wary. People don’t like being manipulated.

        Back to vaccine pressure. We are being exposed to this 24/7, often by friends and family who are also being exposed to the narrative 24/7 and are not questioning it. To question the narrative propagated by trusted institutions is, I think, frightening for many.

        Meanwhile, reports of adverse effects are being suppressed, just as accounts of simple, cheap, effective remedies have been suppressed for more than a year.

        I’m preaching to the choir here ~ just documenting that even in this rather rural area, the tension exists.

        1. Nice touch in the “gene manipulation” detail, Sr. Bear. I’m going to incorporate this phrase in my language when I write or speak about the dangers and the deceit involved at many levels concerning the use of mRNA posited as a typical vaccine. And nice insight that people are fearful to question the narrative which presents gene manipulation in euphemistic terms, attempting to communicate that such action is a good. To question this action by a “trusted” institution is to start questioning so many false narratives in these days.

I am requesting prayer for someone near and dear to me who is scheduled to take the shot tomorrow. I have shared a lot of information and of course will continue to pray, trying to remain positive. I have to say, the last three family members who took the shot, I felt a sense of doom before they told me. I am striving to trust God. Thank you for your prayers!

Since the push for the shot began about the time Charlie set out on his travels which began in November and he expressed that he’s been praying for those who take the shot, I’ve joined my prayers with all who are praying… especially seeking that God will draw good from this.

            On my ballot, we weren’t asked to vote on that ~ so I guess I’m not in one of those counties, even though much of my county would be considered politically conservative and rural.

            Bend is in Deschutes County, which has a higher population of less conservative people than my county does.

            In any case, I think the vote was to “look into” joining Idaho. It’s not a done deal. Frankly, I would not want our state to be carved up that way, even though I surely recognize the problem of populous Portland and Eugene calling the shots for the rest of the state. Salem, the second-largest city in Oregon and the capital, has more pockets of conservatism than either Portland or Eugene.

            When friends and family ask me if I’ve been vaccinated, I have been responding: “No. I’m part of the volunteer control group. I’m waiting to see how it plays out.”

          2. Likewise with me and my immediate family, Annie W. Utterly unquestioning in their acceptance of all the “narrative”. One friend is even involved in the rollout of the whole thing. So far I’ve managed to avoid being drawn into it too much but eventually they’ll start the pressurising. And that will be the time when things may start to get unpleasant. Not too far away now, by the looks of it.

            At least Mass is now available publicly over here once more, although still with the overall level of 50, irrespective of the size of the Church. Our biggest one has capacity for 1,000 but is still restricted to 50, and 6′ separation. And muzzles. Yet I can go on a train or a bus with someone sitting barely 2’6″ away, and relatively far more closely packed than our big Church would be with 250 -400, as it has plenty of standing room also. And this is perfectly “safe”.

            And then they talk about science 🙄

            Still, it is wonderful to have Mass again. I’m sure the Lord is so pleased with our masters (decidedly small m) that they have allowed Him to be worshipped again. But He better be careful that those pesky, backward, people who still believe in Him don’t start getting uppity, or they’ll have to cancel it again to show Him who’s really in charge.

    2. Not to beat a dead horse, but the general public realized the danger of the Dem Party last election – we have no recourse in ’22 without election reform.

That’s definitely an argument I’ve been waiting to hear, that more have been saved by the experimental genetic drugs than have died — that the “needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.” Of course, that “need” of the few people is to actually remain alive, a measure not too critical in our culture of death. It’s the Negative Proof Fallacy to say things would be worse without the vaccines. But under the guise of being an “emergency situation”, such fallacies are readily brushed aside.

      In my case as a provider and from what I’ve seen in multiple meetings with other physicians and providers in my organization, they are not even talking about injuries or deaths, nor do they clearly inform patients of these risks before administering the drugs, if at all. Everything is roses and sunshine with the vaccinations. They have little data supporting the vaccines since the research was not done properly or adequately, and they are ignoring anecdotes and even data about the risks, so many just keep swimming along with the current treating the CDC not as an advisory panel but as a governing authority. So, no one has brought up the argument that the benefits outweigh the risks because there is little to no discussion among them (it seems to me) of the risks.

      … which is quite surreal. We were all educated with something called “evidence-based practice”, but in one year that has apparently been thrown out the window.

      Like elsewhere, only half of the staff of my organization have been vaccinated. Our CMO lamented how he would like the numbers higher. What was
      conspicuously absent from his statement was the question: Why do half your staff refuse to be stabbed? Is there a reason for their refusal? If so, what are the reasons?

      We are witnessing intellectual dishonesty on a grand scale.

          1. Yup. And every doc who has spoken to me candidly has said s/he had ONE semester course on nutrition. It’s amazing to me the numbers of people who are finding better health via functional medicine docs who treat not simply symptoms, but seek the root cause of health issues.

            1. Interesting comments on the training of physicians, nurses and other medical personnel. That profession has become bureaucratized. Medicine is operating more and more like the USPS, or the PO as a friend of mine who worked there called it.

              One obvious effect of the Government absorbing more and more of the administration of medicine to the entire population is that things are slowing way, waay, waaay, waaaay down now.

              It’s hard to get procedures scheduled. Heck, it’s hard to get the medical practice to respond to a telephone call. They have mastered the infuriating technology of the telephone tree. Wow, how effective is that in denying service and cutting costs. “If you’re sick call 911 and let a cop or a fireman treat you otherwise go wait in the ER for a few hours”

              The incompetence of the roll out of the vaccine/gene therapy/ or whatever it is — thank you Joe Biden — is a good example of what has happened to what we once rather proudly if not arrogantly called the “greatest health care system in the world.”

              So we are shocked at the state of affairs in our medical practices and the adverse effects it is having on a lot of people including many who are suffering and dying from what is nothing short of neglect. People are dying from things that should otherwise be caught early and treated effectively and promptly. A lot of that new kind of dying is being blamed on Covid. It is going to continue and worsen long after Covid is in the back view mirror.

              I would like to say this: I have long felt that the same kind of effect can be seen in the priesthood. A similar type of face to face ministry. The training and the administration. What a priest needs to know to do his job effectively.

              Not just in the spiritual realm but in day to day practical administration of a complex “business” environment. How many courses do priests take in accounting and finance? In management of human resources? In management of physical plants? etc., etc., etc.,

              I think relying on lay volunteers to run parishes is an iffy proposition. Some good and reliable and dedicated like some moderators we know and some that are here today and gone tomorrow or have some shopping to do.

              Liturgists and homilists and theologians — yes. Managers and businessmen and entrepreneurs — No. Not so very different in nature from the Physicians. Same kind of problems.

              The medical schools and the seminaries need some new thinking and more relevant to success in the modern world curriculums, imo. And maybe even a whole new type of recruit to undertake a successful lifetime task of tending to body and soul.

              1. Good insights, ED. We are in the Storm… formerly reliable institutions are broken, thus the civil war being fought on cultural lines has been well underway and continues.

                I’ll add the observation – based on working in the Church for most of my life – that those priests who continue studying various dimensions of theology, Church history, human development (to guide their counsel to individuals in need)etc., flourish in their ministries. Completing seminary studies in prep for ordination is a mere beginning. I do disagree that priests should be trained in business skills beyond a basic understanding. Let the lay people do what they’ve been trained to do in order to support the priest by freeing him up to be the missionary he is called to be in tending to his flock.

The musicians are all members of the parish; the accompanying cultural representations of the Madonna and Child were added by one of our priests, Fr Giltus CP. In May of 2020, when the whole world was suffering fear and bewilderment, this meditative video was a great comfort.

  7. Great piece, Charlie! It’s just sad that these folksies are going to get these shots to begin with. I see lots of lawsuits coming if employers mandate that their employees get the jab!   8. This is so encouraging! Thank you Charlie! Although I would love to attend the conference, we have a family commitment to celebrate my parents 80th birthdays that whole weekend. Will the conference be videotaped? Also, my husband and I, and a couple we are great friends with, really enjoyed your talk when you came to visit the area a few weeks ago.       Thank you for your post. I had an incident today in front of the Planned Parenthood that was very upsetting. I am used to having women shout, curse, etc. Today I had a man turn into the drive to the PP building, shake his fist out the window and shout, “we just got rid of another one”! It was put into my mind that it was a baby boy and I named him Michael and his father I named Augustine. We always name notable people with the names of saints to be their patrons, so the great St. Augustine is this poor father’s patron.
      To all who read this, please pray and intercede for Augustine and Michael’s mother. And plead that the Holy Spirit will convict them and infuse them with Fear of the Lord and that they will turn back to Him.
      Linda, I needed to see this word of encouragement.

  13. I’ve been reading a lot of articles on Medical News net.
    They have some yet to be published papers on ground breaking studies about Covid-19.
    One such study showed that those who caught the virus and recovered have a stronger and longer immunity against it because the body developed antibodies against the WHOLE virus not just it’s spike protein.
    The gene-vax only replicates the spike protein which is one of the more common proteins that mutate in viruses and the more recent variants of the virus have already shown resistance to the vaccines. Other parts of the virus do not mutate or have very little change when they do mutate allowing our immune system to identify it and defend against it. Therefore immunity to all parts of the cell structure of the virus by those who have caught Covid-19 creates a longer/stronger immune response.

    I see things the way you and the tree house sees it but my family watches the media and alomg with friends are blaming our views as dangerous especially what happened in India and now other Asian parts.

    I ‘ve taken flu shots in the past but having asthma I get the flu easily so I’ve never seen them benefit me. I took one last year. I had reservations about this vaccine since I know why the establishment released it via China and then stole the elections and I am sure we are in the end times. The Bible talks about Mark of The Beast but the interpretation could be non literal for example it could mean atheism or communism and all those who worship and believe in Jesus will be persecuted and driven out and will find it hard to earn a livelihood. I cannot see how God would allow us to loose our souls for eternity just because say some lefty had a sword like the Jihadis on some of our beloved family members or by a trick like what’s happening right now.If this was going to happen I would think God would really illuminate us and I am waiting for the illumination as I believe in it.

    My family is worried about what’s happening in Asia and want me to take the Pfizer as they say old people can’t get it. The elderly people above 60 were put on the one that causes blood clots (coincidence ?).

    I’m broken inside because my faith is in God and I Trust Him. I’ve never for once freaked out about the Virus but what worries me is the communism creeping at work and society. We aren’t allowed to celebrate Christmas at work anymore as it considered insensitive . They have banned the computer terminology Master/Slave or Whitelist/Blacklist while Muslims are allows to post how to be super sensitive to a Muslim and go out of your way considering He is fasting during Ramadan. They deleted my Christmas pick for the EOF function (used to be Christmas Party) be cause it had Happpy Birthday Jesus in the background meanwhile Managers and executives abuse the Agile manesfesto to micromanage and put pure pressure so we work till 9pm and 10pm everday and Saturdays with no increaments or best case 0 or 500$ for almost ages 8 to 10 years because you bet there is an apparent skill shortage and they want to flood the markets with overseas cheap labour to fund their ponzi house prices and depress wages all fuelled by debt. One way or another we are all slaves and everything is geared towards detachment from God putting your faith in CNN or BBC etc. The rich and global corporates pay no taxes while we middle class folks are left to do the heavy lifting without much relief.

    My family won’t give up as they feel I’m missing out on the Pfizer because its going to be offered to the next younger age group because there aren’t many takers? The only reason I’ll be taking it Is to make them happy.

    I feel defeated because all of them saw President Trump as a total Nut Job and didn’t see why the virus was released but He’s out and it’s good! Someone released the virus but not God may be China and your taking the vaccine 😦 and btw don’t take the Bible literally because it was written way back and some of the text doesnt make sense for today’s times 😦 I think that one gutted me more than taking the jab next week.

      My hubby Michael works in a foundry/machine shop.

      You just can’t imagine how hard he works! He picks up molds I couldn’t pick up if my life depended on it (molding machine)

      When he switches over to the the pouring aspect, the aluminum is raised to a molten 1200 degrees that he himself pours into the molds which is incredibly hot, hard and heavy!

      Lastly, he dumps and grinds out all the molds he made for that week!

      He comes home looking like a man of a darker race or like a tin man with millions of shiny aluminum specks on his face, clothes and hair.

      When I open the door for him after a hard day’s work I say, “Oh Michael! How long can you keep working this hard at your age!!! (58)

      He nonchalantly replies, “It’s ok. Some people have it far worse.” I reply to him, “Yeah, in China!!!” Then we discuss how badly the communist party of China treat their own. Mike says he’s heard many foundry workers in China don’t even have shoes which would be horribly dangerous in a foundry!!!

      We pray for them every week when we are reminded of their h hardships! Yes, they have things much worse in China. All of them! Even the ones who are working with evil to hurt their own for unless they repent will find themselves in hot molten aluminum for all eternity!!!

      Oh Holy Spirit please do enkindle the whole world to turn to God and let love of their fellow human beings rule their day!
