One of the things I do to relax and clear my mind is to read police procedurals and geopolitical thrillers. I just re-read Threat Vector, one of the last Jack Ryan novels Tom Clancy wrote before his untimely death. Published in 2012, it describes an aggressive Chinese strategy to completely take over the South China Sea, then capture Hong Kong and Taiwan in abrogation of treaties and agreements not to interfere with their political systems. Sounds familiar, doesnโ€™t it? Clancy was a magnificent writer of thrillers, but also had something extra. His on-target insights into global geopolitical realities was breathtaking โ€“ and often written when they were counter-intuitive, a good five to 10 years before the fictional scenarios he described became realities. Most thriller writers are predictable and I often have to REALLY suspend my disbelief because the scenarios they describe show little to no relation to actual currents of geopolitical threats and challenges. This is apropos of nothing, but boy, do I miss Tom Clancy!

For over a quarter of a century I have been describing the Storm that was coming as a โ€œglobal civil war fought on cultural lines.โ€ As recently as five years ago, critics would routinely ask what that even meant, while ridiculing it as some sort of absurd paranoia. No one asks what it means now. So letโ€™s take a look at our rapidly intensifying global civil war.

To oversimplify things, the great confrontation now is between globalists and those who believe in preserving national identity and autonomy. Not all in the latter camp are committed to faith, family and freedom, but all who champion those virtues are in the latter camp. Globalists believe that credentialed experts should not govern, but rule, over the world. As with all authoritarian movements, only a few actually rule, while a whole host of useful idiots support them dreaming that they, too, are the powerful elect. Authoritarian movements almost always reject God and both ridicule and target those who call on Him. Tyrants hate the competition โ€“ and loathe the idea that there is a God who will one day call them to account for their depredations. And so, we are met on the battlefield of the great confrontation St. John Paul spoke of.

Despite the depredations we face here in America, we are still the freest country in the Western World. That means as this battle deepens, we are unlikely to get much (if any) help from western allies we have long counted on. If we are to avoid the beginning of a new dark age, we are going to see a lot of non-traditional alignments. Mexico and South America are likely to become more important: Mexico because, though crime-ridden, it is not buying into the anti-Christian animus that so motivates the globalists and South America because many countries there have seen a decade or more of tyranny and may be on the verge of saying, โ€œEnough!โ€

Africa may become a very important tool in the battle for freedom. While little noted, Africa has become the center of Catholic orthodoxy in the world โ€“ and is determined to live the faith with steadfast fidelity. Having discovered the liberty and equality Christianity brings, that continent is not likely to easily turn loose of what it has so recently gained. Beyond that, many African countries have focused on the effective therapy of Hydroxychloroquine to battle Covid and so have kept the virus at a very low level. Yes, because of its effectiveness at battling malaria, hydroxy was in ample supply there, but because of its effectiveness, no government coercion was needed.

India has also largely shunned the Covid shots but has kept the virus under tight control in those provinces which rely heavily on ivermectin. With the damage it has already suffered from Chinese aggression, it is unlikely to easily cave to Chinese efforts to establish regional hegemony and global primacy. Poland and Hungary could become anchors for freedom in Eastern Europe. How Japan and the Philippines will handle sustained Chinese pressure is uncertain; they would almost certainly fall in the column for freedom if they had a reliable American ally โ€“ but America is as unreliable as it has ever been.

Canada and Australia are already gone โ€“ with Australia establishing actual internment camps for those who violate its draconian Covid rules. The only way they get back in the hunt is if their people cast off the shackles their ruling classes have hobbled them with โ€“ possible in Australia, unlikely in Canada.

And now we come to Western Europe. For the third time in barely more than a century, the light of liberty is badly eclipsed on that continent. The citizens of the nations of Western Europe are showing some feistiness this time. Protests are raging in almost every Western European country. It is entirely possible that by the end of this year, a host of actual civil wars will play out in Western European nations. As unstable as that makes things, it may yet be a blessing for the Europeans. For almost three quarters of a century, European leaders have tried to make up in snootiness what they lack in actual strength. To show how enlightened they are, they have laid out the welcome mat for Jihadist invaders. The newly martial European citizens may be a real defense against that; their leaders certainly wonโ€™t be. What is certain is that the European Union is a dead man walking, whether it collapses this year or hangs on a bit. It will not surprise me at all to see Germany, France, and Italy all wracked by civil war before the end of the year โ€“ and it will spread to their neighbors.

China muddles forward in its bid for regional hegemony and global primacy. As it increases its geopolitical and military power, it is racing to outrun economic ruin. Perhaps one of the drivers of its political and military ambitions is to hide how desperately hollowed out its economy has become, something the world has not yet noticed. It has taken Hong Kong captive, slowly strangling the goose that laid the golden egg. It will probably strike against Taiwan this year. Because of Chinaโ€™s leadersโ€™ stupidity, Taiwan will not be the economic boon it hoped for, as it strangles on the tyranny China will impose. Now China has a new worry on its border, as Kazakhstan is in full revolt with the political leadership having resigned. Whether or not the revolution in Kazakhstan holds, the Chinese will have to give serious new attention to its northern border โ€“ including Russia. That could vastly accelerate the inevitable conflict between China and Russia โ€“ and Vladimir Putin will have to use all the shrewdness he can muster to hold the semi-alliance between Russia and China together for a little longer.

The last American president who carried out rational policy with Russia was Ronald Reagan. Every president since then, except for Donald Trump, has acted from hubris or wishful thinking. In Trumpโ€™s case, one cannot know with certainty whether his policy would have been rational or not because Democrats and the media hobbled any effort to improve relations for purely domestic political purposes. The first George Bush reaped the benefit of Reaganโ€™s decisive initiative to topple communism, but then quickly began adding Eastern European nations that were on the very doorstep of Russia into NATO. In what parallel universe would that not be provocative? Now we are talking about whether Ukraine will come into NATO or not โ€“ when we should be talking about whether or not to dissolve NATO entirely.

NATO is based on the commitment that an attack on any member country will be considered an attack on all โ€“ and that all will come to the defense of the one attacked. It now consists of 30 countries throughout the world. Does anyone believe that Turkey would come to the aid of Greece if the latter were attacked? Or to be completely blunt, if Turkey would come to the aid of almost any other country in NATO. What we have done is to castrate NATO, making it into another organization that makes lofty pronouncements it cannot actually deliver on. Meantime, we have used it to humiliate Russia โ€“ which has not been the primary threat to the west for decades and should be being courted as an ally against what is the primary threat: China. Shoot, if NATO tries seriously to add Ukraine, I would probably invade if I were the Russian president. The feckless geniuses who run our foreign policy then will have succeeded in nearly encircling Russia. That is provocative and invites retaliation. The powers of the west sought to humiliate and shackle Germany in the aftermath of World War I, which was the primary catalyst for World War II because of the resulting radicalization and desperation of the German people. NATO is a paper organization held together by sheer inertia which will collapse at the first serious challenge. It, too, is a dead man walking.

Fortunately, Russia has a much bigger problem than America right now โ€“ and that is the ambition of China. For all the provocations and stupidity, Russia knows that a strong America is not a real threat โ€“ and both could and should be the indispensable ally in confronting the very serious threat of China. A weak America is a real threat against Russia, because it leaves it alone in the very vulnerable position it is in with China.

Want to talk about the ruthlessness of Putin? You will get little argument from me. I might remind you, though, that through sheer force of will, Putin rescued Russia from the catastrophic political and economic collapse that the more moderate Boris Yeltsin had led it to the brink of. That is a tough section of the world where a faculty lounge style leader wonโ€™t last a day. We have a common interest, though, and that is to check the aggressive ambitions of Communist China.

In short, the world is a powder keg and the fuse is nearly burnt down to the powder. For a very long time, America has been the restrainer of extensive global strife. That restraint is a phantom of its former self โ€“ as our top military brass focus on issues of gender dysphoria and purging itself of the very type of people who fight. Everything is going to be shaken up and re-aligned this year or soon after.

The primary battle is between globalists, who believe people should be ruled ruthlessly by an elite class for the peasants own good and the nationalists, who believe in self-determination and self-government. Nationalism got a bad name when Adolf Hitler merged socialism with nationalism โ€“ and committed one of the greatest atrocities of all time. But God-fearing people will not be ruled, whether by Mao, Xi, Hitler or Stalin. Try combining nationalism with freedom and self-government and you will get a very different result than you got in Nazi Germany.

I believe it pleases God to have a great variety of national flowers in His earthly garden. Many people believe that the right to vote is the heart of freedom. It is important, but it is a bill of actual human rights (not entitlements) guaranteed by God that is at the heart of liberty. The world will be shaken to its foundations now. It will happen this year or be so obvious that everyone knows it is nigh in the next. New alliances will be formed, old alliances will die, and the governments of many nations will be upended. The battle is between those who would rule and those who will not be ruled, but only consent to some limited government. It is a battle between powers and principalities, between the Church and the anti-Church, between the Gospel and the anti-Gospel. It is a contest between God and the satan, with the people of God and the minions of satan acting as proxies in the battle.

We are at the brink of the global civil war โ€“ and the contestants are the advocates of pagan oligarchy and Christian freedom. It will be a long, hard battle. Choose well who you will serve.

  1. Brilliant analysis, Charlie. Sobering and true. And the only way out of it is through it. Unlike the hemorrhagic woman in the Gospel who yearned to simply touch the hem of Jesusโ€™ garment, Iโ€™m holding tight to His tunic and never letting go, even as I acknowledge Him, take the next right step and allow Him to make of me a sign of hope.

    This surely is one of your best analyses of foreign affairs, alliances, and morality. This observation is a singular gem:

    The nature of the insights in novels by Tom Clancy, while not prophesy as such, merit consideration
    of how and where his ideas were generated. Likewise, the state surveillance in Orwell’s 1984, and the use of pleasure and drugs for citizen control by Huxley’s Brave New World are eerily too accurate about how the world has evolved to be dismissed as mere novelistic prose. From time to time, our civilization is gifted with seers, we just do not know until the future arrives.

    Indeed, the stupid attacks on Trump’s Presidency disrupted any mutually beneficial rapprochement with Russia in facing an aggressive China. I have read that Chinese citizens regularly take up residence on the Russian side of their border tilting local population clusters to a Chinese majority. Perhaps if Trump regains the Presidency in 2024, that agenda will be worked.

      1. JEWELSWORD13, Thoughtful reflection. My own analysis for far-left behavior found two primary sources of motivation.

        The first is about power and the money opportunities created. So, for example, Harry Reid entered the Congress not a wealth man, and without a wealthy family, but by use of his ability to manipulate governmental decisions and gain insider knowledge (such as where new roads would run though otherwise worthless desert land), Reid and his family became millionaires; can we see this very same pattern in the Biden grifting family, and the Pelosi clan?

        The second motivational source was brilliantly theorized by Eric Hoffer in his text, The True Believer. His thesis was that individuals who own such low self-esteem that they live in pain manage to replace their unworthy selfhood by eagerly participating as an advocate for any grand cause which then redeems them, even elevating their new self-image to feeling noble (such as the idiots who proclaim that they will save Mother Earth by population reduction and by banning fossil fuel energy). Such people cannot possibly tolerate any intelligent discussions about their grand cause, because it becomes their religion for living with self-respect; such folks may be ultra-Left or ultra-Right, and may even switch sides.

      I think about this every time a state legalizes marijuana. Keep ’em stoopid and tame.

      1. My brother who was in the military had stated that the military code said they would never allow marijuana as it was a hallucinogenic.
        I was surprised to hear so much positive statements about its use for “medicinal” purposes starting about 10 or so years ago. Soon after the internet exploded with this, CBD became an over the counter product.
        Now states are legalizing its use and there is even a place here in town that advertises it as a therapeutic.
        Of course, these places are being given permission by the same entities that are allowing the gene therapy shots and sex change operations on children!
        What could go wrong!

        1. Ugh, alright.

          CBD oil doesn’t have the THC component which give the drug effects. CBD oil can be a powerful tool for healing pain and inflammation. Wendy Cukierski advocates it and has resources detailing this all.

          THC component may be useful for anxiety treatment for people under the clinical care of a competent doctor (we all know those are rarities!)—instead of the more dangerous pharma agents out there that cause permanent motor tics and other damage.

          1. And opiates are a common use drug for many, including my brother who has a back injury from the military.
            Interestingly, this too is a hallucinogenic as well and has many notorious side effects and its illicit use is a human crisis but this has not stopped its protection and proliferation.
            During the Afghanistan war, the poppy fields were protected by our military- not ALL of the fields, but the ones our pharmaceutical companies used. My nephew was assigned this task ( he hated it as it was exceedingly boring).

            1. Opiates do not touch the pain, rather they move the mind to a place where the pain isn’t a focus. Their side effects are wretched.

              Tylenol alternated with ibuprofen is so much more effective in pain control—but it won’t touch severe pain.

              As a rn, i loved to see alternate pain control measures, (tens units, primarily) but they were limited in effectiveness.

              I have been heartened to see and hear witness of real relief with homeopathic remedies in use for back/bone/joint pain.

              I have an extended family member with brittle type 1 diabetes (autoimmune) who has had multiple knee surgeries who is getting real time relief with CBD oil.

          2. Understand what you say, LL, BUT the states pushing marijuana [NY!!!] are doing so for nefarious reasons – make ’em stupid and controlled…and line their pockets. What could possibly go wrong.

            1. Yes! That’s why I cringe whenever I see it. Imo, the powers pushing it aren’t interested in possible bona fide use, only profit and manipulation. I also think the 1984 thing, and the states that are legalizing happen to be blue. I know correlation doesn’t prove causation, but is all extremely ‘suss in my mind.

              1. Now that we know the depth of the vote cheating, I strongly suspect that (at the very least) the marijuana vote was rigged in Colorado and that it really was not voted in “by the people.” So evil, IMO.

          3. You are brave to step in on this, Littlelight, so here is a little help.

            Just as we all have endorphins and a system that is very like opiates (which is *why* opiates work), we also have an endogenous marijuana-like system called the endocannabinoid system (which is *why* marijuana affects us). And just as opiates can be used to hide or calm down pain or create addiction that overwhelms, so CBD and THC can be used to heal or create harm. We also have numerous pathways that can be tweaked or overwhelmed by alcohol, benzodiazepines and other items I won’t bother to name but which we manage to handle without making them illegal, despite the fact that none of these others are actually a system we have inside our bodies from before birth, like the endorphin and endocannabinoid systems we all share.

            The endocannabinoid system, like most of our internal systems, loses volume and efficacy as we age. Take enough THC, and you will have the familiar high. However, if you are 70 and take just enough THC to top up your endocannabinoid system to the level of THC that you had in your body at age 30, you will experience a renewed desire and pleasure in hanging out with friends and other nice things that were perfectly normal for when you were 30, and you will have less inflammation and the depression inflammation causes. Same for CBD components that your body makes in abundance when you are young and which help the young manage pain very well and perfectly naturally, so too can the right (small) amount of CBD help older people top up their endocannabinoid system to what they used to be and handle pain much better than otherwise.

            1. Interesting Steve.
              My wife uses CBD to “booste” her anxiety meds after she went to another lower dose form of it when she was having a reaction to the first script.
              One time she offered it to me for some pain or something but it had zero effect on me like it was a plazebo or something.
              Ibuprofen is terrific for me. Just one small pill and I feel great for what seems like days!
              I rarely use medicine and this may be why it is so effective?
              As for the CBD inaction-
              I’m stumped.

              1. The half-life of a drug, but one variable, plays a role in how quickly the body absorbs it to the needed therapeutic level. Half-life is also considered when figuring a drug’s complete elimination from the body.

              2. Phillip, I’ve recently learned that CBD needs to build up for a while before it is effective. My guess is that those who use it and get benefit from it are folks with ongoing issues, so they take it every day. Apparently, a person starting to take it needs to take a “loading dose” of 4-5 times the standard dose. Most people take between 10 and 25 mg of CBD a day (not more, generally), so their initial dose would need to be anywhere from 40 to 125 mg, and then the second dose would be the regular dose and so on from that point.

                Since you don’t have any reason to take it long term, it probably will never work for you, since you will never do the loading dose and the ongoing doses. I guess you might get some benefit if you were to take one dose at 125 mg, but when what you use works so well for you, why would you? ๐Ÿ™‚

                1. I’ve heard about this phenomenon with smoking marijuana too. Some people don’t get “high” the first time they smoke it because they need to get to THC saturation first.
                  Psychotropic meds are that way too and it can take a week or more to get to the correct levels which is particularly difficult when transitioning from one drug to another.
                  Alas, right now CBD is not in the cards for me, too darned expensive to replace aspirin for one but if things crash I could always grow hemp here in florida, not sure how well Aspin trees would do here ?

                  1. Speaking of trees, Phillip, how are your Moringa trees doing in your neck of the tropics?

                    Where I am here in zone 5, Region 7, I had to cut mine back. They grew leaps and bounds out on our front porch over the summer to my astonishment. I learned by way of researching online, that I could cut the trunks near their base. I did and harvested and dried the leaves of the pruned branches.
                    Thankfully as a result, the trees fit nicely inside our living room for their winter nurturing and care. Lo and behold, three new branches have formed in it;s place bearing leaves aplenty. It reminds me of our “lucky” bamboo plants when I cut them back and how they multiply.
                    Since July 2021, I’ve used the nutrients from the trees, as directed, as a daily health supplement added to food/beverages for three weeks on and two weeks off, along with drinking green tea. See the message/instruction given here (toward the bottom of the page):

                    1. Jen, the many, varied plants surely can aid people. I do, however, add a caveat to this list. The reference to the blessed grapes has been discounted by Daniel O’Connor as he discovered that blessing grapes in the superstitious way described in this online resource comes from an apparition in northern Italy that has been condemned. He also made the observation that receivers of messages can have authentic revelations and, then, veer in the direction of unintentionally allowing their human knowledge and filter to become part of what they think are authentic locutions.

                    2. I appreciate your caution. I did not know about or understand the grapes reference either, Beckita. I must of missed that when it was originally shared by Luz. I did look into it when you mentioned it once or twice before here and came away conflicted. I have come to suspect that certain heaven-sent messages are designated for certain regions and/or populations.
                      Generally, I find an interest in what is relative to me and leave the rest. Like Charlie in foraging during his Abraham’s Journey, I am my own test specimen and experiment with what is at my disposal. I love to garden and have a small corner lot to work with. It is truly a labor of love, wonder and awe.
                      By the grace of God, I was only ill for a duration of time in December 2019 into January 2020 most likely with Covid, before Covid became a *thing*. I had one massive knock to my system that lasted a few hours. I thought those hours would be my last, which I’ve spoken of previously. Outside of that I have only had a couple of onsets of cold/flu like illnesses that I’ve nipped in the bud with proper hydration and rest. The natural remedies I’ve ascribed to and have come to learn about since 2020 and use for my own well-being have aided in keeping me healthy by and large. Thanks be to God.
                      I will add that when my clients ask me about how to be healthier, my short answer is, live well. Body, mind, soul and spirit balance. Homeostasis by another name, I’ve learned back when I was a student.

                      The Moringas are blooming right now!
                      My daughter has been using the powder when juicing to add those excellent nutrients.
                      Only 4 of the six germinated and of the 4, one is just not getting very big and a third was destroyed twice, once by chickens (while still in a pot) and the second time by my weekwacker after I put it in the ground.
                      It survived but it’s only a few inches tall while the bigger ones are over 5 feet tall. So far the cold hasn’t hurt them but we haven’t had any freezes yet. Let’s see if I get some seeds before it does.

Almost 30 years ago when I came across her work, I subscribed to her spiritual guidance series that was literally a life saver for me at a very dark time in my life. She is also was how I found Charlie when she posted his “Birmingham Video.” Remember that? That seems so long ago, yet time appears to be flying by too. How does that work? โค

                    10. Oh Goodness yes, Jen. I do remember when many from Wendy’s tribe came to TNRS to taste and see what was happening there. That Birmingham Video still is a classic. Most of what was shared in that talk has come to pass in spades… and is still unfolding.

I think if one has been an avid student of history, and with an understanding of different cultures, one can “see” what is likely to happen in the next decade or so as far a geopolitical affairs go. That does not mean that anything is etched in stone, but the tendencies toward events are somewhat predictable based on past history and past errors of humanity. China is clearly wants to become the dominant world power while many people in the USA are acting like an emotionally immature adolescents who have chosen leadership that is corrupt and/or feeble-minded. The current president was elected because the citizens wanted everyone to feel good regardless of the fact that the candidate hid in his basement and did not really campaign. This emboldens the power seekers of the world and that always leads to trouble. “Walk softly and carry a big stick” only works if the other side believes that one can effectively and willingly use the big stick. This is why the Berlin Wall finally fell. There was a projection of strength on every level in the USA under Ronald Reagan. I have read a book written by a long time high level KGB agent who lived in the USA. He watched as the disparity in quality of life between the 2 countries grew deeper all the time. In addition, the USSR believed that the US really had the capacity for the Strategic Defense Initiative (derisively named Star Wars by opposition and the press). In addition, the effective partnership of common interests and our Polish Pope were also a determining factor. Ronald Reagan outspent the Russians on defense and this initiated the increasing budget deficits. If our Congress has stopped this spending after the fall of the Berlin wall (using common sense), realizing that this ‘tool’ had served its purpose but should not continue, maybe the US would not face the ridiculous level of unsustainable national debt that we have now. Alas,almost all of our politicians have become useful tools for special interests. There is hardly any common sense nor an devotion to a solid moral compass based on Judeo-Christian principles. Of course, I am preaching to the choir on this matter, but this is the real problem everywhere.

  12. Really liked the Global Civil War breakdown and analysis. Until these things start to fall in place, it is hard to realize the magnitude of chaos and impact it will have throughout the world and especially on the lives of billions of people. And to think that this is just one of the several prongs of the Storm. It makes for a pretty terrifying picture. If people do not recognize that God is there only hope, then they must be the ones that want to rule and have power over others.

    As for Clancy, I am a big fan and got hooked on him from his first book.

  13. As inept as NATO is, I remember Poland joining NATO was received with a huge relief, myself included. I would also point out that in case Russia let’s say attacks Poland, fourteen NATO bases on the territory of Poland ( including 9 American bases with five thousand American soldiers ) would be under attack. In case of Ukraine it is probably a different story, pretty much same language and culture, and 17% of Ukrainian population are Russians ( in Poland 0.03% of population are Russians). Just met a long married couple, she is Russian and he is Ukrainian, when I asked them what they think about likely massive Russian attack on Ukraine, they pretty much replied “whatever”. I think culturally they are basically the same country…
    As far as NATO and other military alliances are considered, let’s not forget the old Polish proverb ( perhaps not only Polish ): “If you can count, count on yourself”.

  14. The situation in Canada is indeed dire. Justin Trudeau’s authoritarianism is frightening: not just covid, but regulating speech on the internet, a recent “conversion therapy” ban, purge of pro-lifers from Liberal Party some years ago, and other problems. There have been several kickback scandals (SNC Lavalin, WE) but these have not tarnished his reputation. He’s worn “blackface” in the past, but this raised no eyebrows. There is no coherent opposition to any of his policies in Parliament. Provincial Premiers are beholden to Public Health “Authorities” and tow the Federal line or risk losing Federal funding. All public institutions are controlled by leftists. The Church in several places has been even more enthusiastic about closing churches and restricting the sacraments than was strictly required by the government. And yet, general public support for Trudeau is still high! That’s the most frightening part of it all. Everything Trudeau is doing is supported by a large majority of Canadians.

    1. I have a friend that studied in Quebec not many years ago. Her Canadian friends are very critical of all things conservative. I just read that Justin T’s long time best friend was / is seriously into child porn (and may have been a pedophile) since his university days. It is hard to believe that Justin T did not know about this and that he was not appalled by it. They were very close and spent lots of time together. Well, you know what they say about birds of a feather… I have come to believe that many people in this NWO are sexually ‘different’ in some way. There are so many avenues for that these days. I think it has become common among the power brokers. As I recall, Rome was increasingly full of perversion as it saw its last days.

      While Trudeau is thought of as superficial and immature by most, his policies have been supported by a majority of Canadians. And there is no longer open debate. The Conservative party caved in the last election so we now have the 4 majors parties; Liberals, Conservatives, New Democrats and Green, all supporting the same things, unlimited abortion, euthanasia, covid vaccine passports, gay marriage, etc…and no debate allowed.
      It’s bizarre how many people still support the vaccines and passports with the data currently available. During Christmas when I brought up data, most stuck their head in the sand. When you ask them “are we in a better situation now with the vaccines and lockdowns than we were last year?”, they don’t want to speak to you anymore.
      I think the only way the shackles are going to come off is when the adverse effects and deaths from the vaccines become so blatant that there will be a rage like never seen before in this country(Canada)

What is going on in Kazakhstan is what took place in Ukraine in 2014 – overthrow of legitimate government and setting up of a puppet. [remember Biden clan was deep in that one] And it is all about placement of weapons to threaten/control Russia. I attribute it to God’s mercy that things haven’t gone hot on a large scale, yet.

  19. Really great analysis, Charlie. I am so grateful that I have you to keep me abreast on the state of things in the world. I only read headlines just to see whatโ€™s going on the world, but I donโ€™t have the ability to actually analyze what it all means.

    Iโ€™m dismayed to see that you donโ€™t have much hope for Canada, but I understand why. We are lost. We will have to lose it all before we can rebuild. Many lives will have to be lost. Many families will have to be shattered. I thank God for faith and hope. It is really the only thing that keeps me going. I pray that I wonโ€™t lose it when things really go to hell in a hand basket.

    My current health issues are an ongoing worry and annoyance, but I have to admit that this period of suffering has been very fruitful in my spiritual life. I am slowly learning how to let go of my perpetual state of worry/anxiety/fear. I am beginning to choose joy and gladness each day even while in the midst of suffering. Suffering is the school of spiritual growth if you accept Christ as your teacher.

    You mention that the right to vote isnโ€™t at the heart of freedom. I understand that now, but only because you have enlightened me. I remember something that you wrote a few years ago that blew.my.mind. If I remember correctly, you said that not everyone should vote – that ignorant people should not be encouraged to cast their votes on any whim (something along that line lol). Anyhow, however you worded it, it was a paradigm shift in my thinking. It was drilled into my head from childhood that every person who is able should (and has a civic and moral duty to) cast a vote in an election. Now that I find myself in a minority class in a country controlled by a crazy, totalitarian-minded majority, I am left wondering if there is anyone in government who will represent me and my like-minded neighbours? I would welcome a benevolent, God-fearing dictator. Alas, I know in my heart that nothing will change for Canada until we are all brought to our knees though some catastrophe. God help us! Do not not forget us here in Canada. Please pray for us.

When I was in radio, every time an election was coming up I would ridicule the mindless public service announcements that urged everyone to vote regardless of how little attention they had paid. I would say that the obligation we have in a democratic republic is to be minimally informed, not to vote no matter how little we have paid attention. I did my own public service announcement urging people who had paid attention, even if they disagreed with me, to go and vote – but for all who had paid no attention to please just stay home. It drove the rest of the press in my area nuts – but regular folks loved it.

    I talked to the lady from the store and what she said is that they are basically a small very busy Polish store in Brooklyn, NY and they had somebody charging them for managing the online store through the roof, so they quit on that person , the website is functional, but if there are issues like not shipping out of state they are not currently doing anything with it or able to fix it. They are pretty much content with their business done old fashioned way for now.

    She says they ship nationwide,to all states, all products, and asked to give them a call to process the order. Accepting checks (though processing will take longer) or credit cards over the phone.

      1. Steve, to be precise, the store’s name is just “Ziolko” ( which means “a little herb”), actually they are not a pharmacy, but are dealing primarily with cosmetics from Poland/Europe. The lady said that the person in charge of the over the phone orders is Kristian/Christian… sounds like a good guy! Perhaps their website zdroweziolko.com was sabotaged by its builder once his services were not extended, the lady seemed to be surprised they can’t ship out of NY and told me about the issues with the administrator of the website. If I were them I would just shut it down, on the other side, thanks to not shutting it down I was able to locate, I hope, a store that apparently ships Mucosolvan nationwide in US.

        1. No, it’s a blood draw. As far as I know, there isn’t an at home one? (I could be wrong? ) Anyways, Quest Diagnostics allows one to order it online on their website and then go to one of their labs for a blood draw. They will then email you the results.

    I had never heard of Fr. John Riccardo nor the term kerygma. This video is about 50 minutes. There is a shorter one called Rescued that’s 20 m. The people who I was speaking to were talking about Catechizing those who aren’t and how do we go about doing that for the generations that haven’t been. After watching this video, I think we need to remind people why we need to be catechized at all.

So many of them received the jab because they were threatened that their access to the faithful in hospitals and in nursing homes would be cut off. So many good servants of Our Lord did not want the faithful whom they serve to be deprived of the Last Rites. I shudder to think of the danger to which they have exposed themselves.

We have people like our own Pope pushing big fat lies by suggesting on Monday that getting vaccinated against the coronavirus was a โ€œmoral obligationโ€ as it’s one of most effective measures to save lives during the pandemic. (Deliver us, O Lord.) Then, swinging 180 degrees to the other side, we have this Dr. Bailey pushing her own big fat lies.   42. Awhile back someone posted that he/she received the vaccine and then had vision issues. If that person is reading this, I am wondering if the issue was ever resolved. I am asking because a local priest received the vax (required) and is now having serious vision issues. He has had several cortisone shots directly into his eye which have not helped. He is looking for other options.

    2. I was not the one who posted that, but my brother received the Moderna vax and had vision problems for 2 days and they resolved on their own. He was seriously frightened by it. Then……….a few months later he contracted Covid. Needless to say he is not getting the booster.

    3. Thanks to Beckita’s memory, I recall his diagnosis. His optic nerve was narrowing, I believe due to an autoimmune targeting of nerve tissue. I could be wrong, of course.

      If it were me, I would have a month of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to reduce inflammation and immune system overreaction and kill off the spikes and take a lot of black seed oil and fucoidans and Quercetin and bromelain to keep subsequent production of spike numbers down. I have not much hope that he can reverse the damage, and if he doesn’t get his autoimmune reaction shut down, it will get worse. I think HBOT could help with that, along with Vitamin D3, Vitamin C and so on from my article. And of course prayer for deliverance, which is the best option here for sure.

    1. doctordave777, in 2022, I’ve adopted a few new disciplines. One is keeping a daily journal. So far, so good. January 1, 2022 I also was determined to and began to collect stories I found online of post-jab injuries and fatalities.
      The Good Lord gave me the gift of discovering an already substantiated movement that has done the same and I have gratefully let my *cause* go. I have communicated with the founder of this data collection and am pleased to see such an effort to record such stories. This is historic and as far as I am concerned, first-hand testimonies are the best source of information.

      3. Not all of us, Al2. Some are much older, lucky to make it to Mass and sometimes Adoration (this is our stronghold, by far) where like minds are not always present. Many individuals here are the only faith practicing member of the family, no small heartache there. But, the Lord has allowed it this way – we must believe that. Surely you and your light (seen from Heaven alone) along with your anguish, and prayer will be the source of blessings, mercy and salvation for the many. Count on that. God has this under control, never forget. We are the Church Militant so stand strong in the place that God has you. He needs you and is counting on your holding on, even if it’s to that knot at the end of the rope. NO CROSS, NO CROWN. NO PAIN, NO GAIN. NO GUTS, NO GLORY. Never give up! You are not alone – we are all in this together, and praying for each other. Count on that, too.

    1. This is my parish priest. He’s been very brave and vocal since the start of this (and gotten in a bit of trouble at times with our Archbishop ๐Ÿ˜ณ). Our other priests are not afraid of the truth either, but they aren’t as passionate as Fr. Nolan. ๐Ÿ˜ I have to say, I’m amazed at how quickly this has gone viral. His last sermon was on Lifesite News, so this is a good follow-up.

      All priests and Bishops and, yes, the Pope need our daily prayers.

And so it has been for each of us. There is a bounty of literature concerning beau coup saints who suffered tremendously while preserving their souls.
