Bulletin – San Francisco Jury Rules Against David Daleiden

David Daleiden

The San Francisco jury has assessed over $2 million in damages against David Daleiden and his employees at the Center for Medical Progress for investigating Planned Parenthood. I am simply going to link to LifeSite’s article on it for now. I was there for a few days of the trial and I honestly thought things were going terribly for PP. They admitted to multiple crimes under oath – and Daleiden is merely guilty of exposing those crimes. I am just bumfuzzled right now. There will, of course, be an appeal. Eventually, this is going to land outside a California courtroom. When it does, if a court rules that PP can butcher as many babies as they want, including AFTER birth, and sell as many body parts as they want for as much profit as they want DESPITE federal law making that a felony, but we will punish to the max anyone who exposes such crimes, then we have lost the country.

I did communicate briefly with David after the verdict – and am pleased to report he is in good spirits and ready for the next chapter.

  1. Oh, heck, we only need 20,000 baby defenders to donate $100. each to pay that fine. Or 10,000 pro lifers to donate $200. each. We are becoming China. Next there will be a one child policy, especially if the left ascends to the WH, and the Congress. What a sick country we have become!

    1. Paying the fine confers legitimacy on this obviously errant verdict. Everything written about David in this space tells me he is a man of unshakable principles and willing to lose everything for the cause. It wouldn’t surprise me at all to see him tell PP and the court to go pound sand and go completely Galt. In that case the 20,000 $100 donations would be better used to support him personally. At the moment I’m not much in the mood to hear any “We must submit to the legitimate authority of the civil courts bla bla” so please save it until I cool down a little.

      1. Christopher: for me, paying off David D’s fine is a way of letting him know he’s not alone but also in its own way letting the left David is not alone and we will not let him be hurt by the fine. I have no idea how this money would be collected or how long it would take. If his legal team is bound for a higher court then maybe the fine is at bay until it gets a hearing. I’m angry too. The jury’s verdict is ludicrous considering undercover journalism. But, look what the left is doing in DC. Hearsay evidence is giver primacy over eye witness testimony. Defense witnesses are not allowed to even allowed a hearing. Has justice been turned on its head? Most assuredly! Who would have thought kangaroo court could happen here? Are we now the KGB? It seems to me the Dems are dealing a new Joe McCarthyism. And, yes, I am angry at stupidity and truth being subverted.

  2. It just proves everything you’ve been saying for years about the depth of the diabolic evil in our society, Charlie. DIRECTED VERDICT ON LIABILITY! That is so rare, Charlie, especially in California. This had about the fairness of a Stalinist show trial. But it shows what we are up against. If the roles had been reversed, Judge Orrick would have pharisaically done the opposite.

  3. Charlie,
I remember several years back, you said that as we go thru this storm it would seem like it was the end but it would not be so. You said most people would lose hope. Kinda seems like we’re getting there.

Meanwhile, Google just rejected all of our display ads for St. Clare Seeds saying they are ads for “Recreational Drugs”. I wonder if that’s the real reason? I doubt it. I’m guessing its all the content on our website like, God Bless America, quotes by Trump and Reagan, Homeschooling links, Catholic Stuff, Pro-life, etc….

And then another juicy ray of hope for everyone to think on:
YouTube To Delete All Accounts That Aren’t “Commercially Viable” Starting Dec. 10th
First they’ll demonetize you, then they’ll remove you completely because you are no longer ‘commercially viable

    1. I do hope you have other ways to get your advertising done than google. I heard that Word Press removed Ann Corcoran’s blogsite, Refugee Resettlement Watch, without any prior notice. To speak truth is becoming more and more challenging. Thank you for linking to the zero hedge article.

      1. Beyond unbelievable ! My heart is broken over this grave injustice. This courtroom mocked and scorned the truth. I am reminded of the verses in Sirach 36:6-10
“ Give new signs and work other wonders; make your hand and right arm glorious. Rouse your anger and pour out your wrath; destroy the adversary and wipe out the enemy. Hasten the day, and remember the appointed time, and let people recount your mighty deeds.”

Off to the battlefield this morning at PP armed with love and truth hoping to catch a few in the midst of this corrupt and evil time where right is wrong and wrong is right.
Prayers in abundance for All who are fighting the good fight and exposing the horrendous evils of the abortion industry . We are blessed to have many modern day saints among us…(white martyrs) . Thank you David and all of you on the front lines as we continue to hold up your “arms” in prayer and sacrifice.

      2. Karmy, I just had time to watch this video and all I can say is, may God keep him safe! It is a blockbuster, but we all at this point suspected what was going on. Zach at one point remarks that God wills His people to be free! Wow, amazing comment. A whole bunch of these companies need to be prosecuted under anti-trust laws. Please, Lord, keep exposing evil and let the world have spiritual eyes to see the truth!

    1. To David, it may seem like the 5th round. Charlie, how is he faring? Reassure him that there’s a spiritual army here surrounding him 24/7 with prayers and sacrifices.
When you’ve given all you can and have fought the good fight, we surrender the rest to the Lord…

    2. I would like ti bypass 12 rounds and go to the epic David and Goliath moment where David is standing over a dead Goliath!!!!

Seems to me David’s birth name is prophetic. I would bet his mother has a God story about how his parents decided on his name.

After this time is over, the David D. Story will inspire many generations to come! He certainly inspires me today.

If God is for you who can defeat you?

    1. Interesting comment…”put on ashes” from the apparition to Sr. Sasagawa of Akita this past month from her angel. and if we comply…put on the ashes… God will restore His Church and His Reign here on earth! People will return to the flock. Now is a good time to “Put on the Ashes!” Ramp up the prayers, and follow His request, for we are here to serve! God Bless David and his efforts, David is a sign of hope to all. Ave Maria, Blessed Mother.

      1. Islam_Is Islam, that’s very much a part of it ~ a spiritual blindness mixed up with all kinds of societal disorders. Yet, thanks be to God, there are many examples in the history of salvation of scales falling from people’s eyes by the grace of God. One recent example is documented in the movie “Unplanned.” We never know when or how God’s truth and mercy will cause those scales to fall.

    1. I’ve sat on two juries here in SF. A murder trial and a civil trial. I can tell you from experience that the juries here are biased, blinded by shiny objects during the trials and have absolutely no common sense. The majority don’t care about anything being presented right in front of them–they only care that they are being inconvenienced! David’s jury were given facts and they chose to ignore the facts. Sickening.

  9. It’s truly sinister, like so much of what is swirling around right now. The battle for abortion really seems to be the crux of it.

A couple of things occurred to me yesterday. I’ve come to believe that Pachamama represents all that is under attack in our Church. Pagan fertility goddesses are typically associated with full moons. The full moons of the last six months of 2019 fall on significant days in the Catholic/liturgical calendar: July 16 (Our Lady of Mt Carmel), August 15 (Feast of the Assumption); September 14 (Exaltation of the Holy Cross); October 13 (Anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun); November 12 (St. Josaphat, I don’t know the significance of that), and December 12 (Our Lady of Guadalupe). Then along comes Pachamama in the midst of it all, during the month of Holy Rosary. That can’t be a coincidence, right?! Maybe it’s just me, but the bodily form of the wooden Pachamama carvings resemble crescent moons over a full moon (the womb).

There are a bunch of New Agey websites about women offering their cycles to Gaia and synchronizing their cycles with the moon, etc. The link I’m trying to make is promoting Pachamama/fertility goddesses suggests a sort of “sacramentalizing” of a woman’s monthly cycle and feminine “powers”, though not motherhood in particular. After all, in this era of celebration of late-term abortion and infanticide, we can’t take for granted that an image of a pregnant woman necessarily represents motherhood if she can choose to terminate a pregnancy at any point. Furthermore, it’s unclear whether Pachamama represents Mother Earth and not human motherhood. Hormonal contraceptives interfere with the natural functioning of the body and therefore promoting eco-friendliness and so-called wellness would favor relying on abortion and abortifacients like IUDs to terminate unwanted pregnancies. Unfortunately, it doesn’t even seem like a stretch to think that women could knowingly conceive a child and have an abortion as some kind of mumbo jumbo sacrificial offering. Having lived in the Pacific Northwest for several years, I had plenty of contact with this sort of thinking.

The last point I’d like to make is somewhat obscure and refers to the connection between fertility and full moons. Women who conceive children on full moons are more likely to have sons. So parading around Pachamama during the Synod strikes me as an oblique demonic mockery of the patriarchy, the priesthood in particular, and the Blessed Mother, especially Our Lady of Guadalupe.

I’m about 50% sure any of this is plausible, so please do tell me if it’s loony talk, and I’ll happily slink back into my cave. Just food for thought.

    1. I agree 100% with the insight that the introduction of Pachamama, an idolic mother, into the Amazon Synod’s spiritual life, is a direct attack on the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, and her Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart which is Full of Grace. Our Mother’s adversary despises everything about her and the power in the devotion to her Immaculate Heart: her sublime humility, her joys and sorrows, her virtues and hidden perfections, and, especially, her virginal love for God the Father and her Spouse the Holy Spirit as well as her maternal love for her son Jesus and her compassionate love for all people, her very own children. Most of all, I perceive, the evil one abhors the Theotokos because, as ordained by the Father, SHE c-r-u-s-h-e-s his head continually. Pachamama is the evil one’s instrument of sacrilegious retaliation. This burns such an anger within that not only are we planning to spend December 6th praying privately, in union with all who answer the call of the four exorcists, we are also offering public opportunities for people in our area to gather and to pray together before the Blessed Sacrament on the 6th of December which is a First Friday.

I think it apropos to spend the next day, First Saturday, praying and sacrificing in reparation for the sins against the Immaculate Heart of Mary as described in the messages given at Fatima:
      1) Blasphemies against the Immaculate Conception.
      2) Blasphemies against her Perpetual Virginity
      3) Blasphemies against her Divine Maternity and at the same time the refusal to recognize her as the Mother of all mankind,
      4) Blasphemies of those who seek openly to foster in the hearts of children indifference or contempt and even hatred for this Immaculate Mother.
      5) The offenses of those who directly outrage Her in her holy images.

Even if on the lowest rung of the hierarchical ladder, may we cry out with Psalm 51 in reparation as we seek mercy for ourselves and for the whole Church.

      1. It gets a little complicated but this worthy of a deeper dive into understanding what is going on and how dangerous this PP case result is.

Blasphemy against Our Lady. Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Blasphemy and ingratitude. Sins to be avoided at all cost because they are the only unpardonable sins.

Are the 5 Unforgiven Sins against Our Lady sins against the Holy Spirit?

Yes. Requires some study to fully appreciate.

It begins with Jesus’ words as reported in Mt. 12: 31-32

        “31
Therefore, I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit* will not be forgiven.

        32
And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven; but whoever speaks against the holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.”

Sr Lucia of Fatima addressed the connection of the 5 sins against our Lady and “blasphemy against the Holy Spirt:”

“Spoken by Our Savior in 1930 to Sister Lucia, these words and others given afterwards reveal to the world a most surprising truth, one with imperative significance for mankind:

“”Here, my daughter, (Sr Lucia) is the reason why the Immaculate Heart of Mary [My Mother] causes Me to ask for this little act of reparation and by means of it, move My mercy to forgive those souls who had the misfortune of offending her. As for you, try without ceasing, with all your prayers and sacrifices, to move Me to mercy toward those poor souls.”

…. Concerning these sins, much evidence in the Fatima Message indicates that the predicted great triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the peace to follow can result only after they have been SUFFICIENTLY REPAIRED. These sins, more than all other causes, are delaying the fulfillment of the Divine Will, threatening mankind with terrible punishments.”

The thing is the world is sinning against the Holy Spirit by its CHOICE to ignore the messages of Our Lady defining and pointing out the method by which saving sanctifying grace is to be flowed from Heaven to poor sinners allowing them to avoid eternal damnation in Hell. Not just ignoring it but REJECTING it. The choice to reject. So many of our friends and neighbors and even loved ones are deliberating refusing to receive God’s mercy.

By this what one might call “obstinate” refusal to embrace and fulfill the requests articulated at Fatima, by Sr. Lucia in subsequent years and at Akita and many other similar apparitions of Our Lady, we are
sinning against the Holy Spirit which is the unpardonable sin.

What’s the link that makes this connection between our actions, inactions and refusal to honor Our Lady’s requests and sinning against the Holy Spirit?

Something called the Mystical Union of Mary and the Holy Spirit.

In Roman Catholic teaching there are six sins that blaspheme against the Holy Spirit. They are:

        1. Despair (believing that one’s evil is beyond God’s forgiveness);
        2. Presumption (glory without merit, that is, hope of salvation without keeping the Commandments, or expectation of pardon for sin without repentance);
        3. Envying the goodness of another (sadness or repining at another’s growth in virtue and perfection); 4. Obstinacy in sin (willful persisting in wickedness, and running on from sin to sin, after sufficient instructions and admonition);
        5. Final impenitence (to die without either confession or contrition for our sins), and
        6. Impugning the known truth (to argue against known points of faith, and this includes misrepresenting parts or all of the Christian faith to make it seem undesirable). (1), (2), (3) – Eternal sin

For the Catholic Church, the sins that are not forgiven are mortal sins UNREPENTED. All other sins may be forgiven.

        Catechism
1864 “Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.”136 There are no limits to the mercy of God, but anyone who deliberately refuses to accept his mercy by repenting, rejects the forgiveness of his sins and the salvation offered by the Holy Spirit.137 Such hardness of heart can lead to final impenitence and eternal loss.

By failing to follow Mary’s lead and direction on how to respond to the sins of the world greatly offending the Holy Trinity we are REFUSING TO ACCEPT GOD’S MERCY. This is the unpardonable sin according to the Catholic Church. We are CHOOSING eternal punishment.

Which are the sins that will not be forgiven in the age to come?

From Fr Gaitley’s book — 33 Day to Morning Glory

If you are asking for Catholic perspective let me state the reflection of St.Maximillian Kolbe about the Lourdes Apparition Mary saying “I AM” the Immaculate Conception” instead of saying I am immaculately conceived… St.Kolbe…stated the Immaculate Conception is divine, St.Kolbe is pointing to the Holy Spirit as the Uncreated Immaculate Conception and Mary as the created Immaculate Conception (p.52 book of Fr.Gaitley 33Days to Morning Glory)

The Mystery of Truth lies in the mystical union between the Holy Spirit & Mary(as Spouse/Advocate).

What type of union is this? It is above all an interior union, a union of her essence with the “essence” of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit dwells in her, lives in her. This was true from the first instant of her existence. It was always true, it will always be true.(p.53 book of Fr.Gaitley 33Days to Morning Glory)

If Satan can possess the body of a human submitting to his powers. Mary by Her FIAT and Total Surrender to God’s WILL, enables the Holy Spirit to animate her thought, words & actions. In the words of St.Kolbe Mary is “POSSESSED/ANIMATED” completely and perfectly by the Holy Spirit.

The reflections of St.Kolbe on the Mystical Union of the Holy Spirit & Mary points to all approved Marian Apparitions clearly is the work of the Holy Spirit.

The 5 sins against Our Lady and the 6 sins against the Holy Spirit are related. By rejecting Our Lady we are rejecting the Holy Spirit who works with and through her.

        This is a bad situation.

This is a bad situation that could lead to Despair. Also very bad.

Is there Hope for the world?

        Back to Sr. Lucia:

The oldest of the shepherd children of Fatima, Lucia explained the message of Fatima to Father Fuentes years later:

“Father, the Most Holy Virgin did not tell me that we are in the last times of the world, but She made me understand this for three reasons.”

“The first reason is because She told me that the devil is in the mood for engaging in a decisive battle against the Virgin. And a decisive battle is the final battle where one side will be victorious and the other side will suffer defeat. Also, from now on we must choose sides. Either we are for God or we are for the devil. There is no other possibility.“

“The second reason is because She said to my cousins as well as to myself, that God is giving two last remedies to the world. These are the Holy Rosary and devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. These are the last two remedies which signify that there will be no others.”

“The third reason is because in the plans of Divine Providence, God always, before He is about to chastise the world, exhausts all other remedies. Now, when He sees that the world pays no attention whatsoever, then as we say in our imperfect manner of speaking, He offers us with certain fear the last means of salvation, His Most Holy Mother.

It is with certain fear because if you despise and repulse this ultimate means, we will not have any more forgiveness from Heaven, because we will have committed a sin which the Gospel calls the sin against the Holy Ghost. This sin consists of openly rejecting, with full knowledge and consent, the salvation which He offers.

Let us remember that Jesus Christ is a very good Son and that He does not permit that we offend and despise His Most Holy Mother. We have recorded through many centuries of Church history the obvious testimony which demonstrates by the terrible chastisements which have befallen those who have attacked the honor of His Most Holy Mother, how Our Lord Jesus Christ has always defended the honor of His Mother.”

Sr. Lucia. This should sober up any sinner.

So we find ourselves in a very tenuous place in salvation history both as individuals and as a world society. We are walking the precipice. We have received a final warning and a means of avoiding the catastrophic consequences by means of a special grace of mercy and forgiveness that entails repentance, reparation for sins of the world offending God, devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Rosary. We ignore this bridge to salvation at our own peril.

Mary today is telling us what she told the stewards at Cana: Do what He tells you to do.

What is appalling about the PP decision in San Francisco is that both the judge and the jury are treading very near or even over the line of committing an unpardonable sin against the Holy Spirit. Unrepentant support of Abortion which as, the Catholic Church holds, is gravely evil. Intrinsically Evil.

This is a bad situation. A very bad situation. Bad for those individuals in the Daleiden case who supported the work of the devil in the form of PP. Bad for our country. A reaffirmation of our refusal to accept God’s mercy. A rejection of God. A rejection of the work of the Holy Spirit. A rejection of the work of the Spouse of the Holy Spirit in her work in the apparition at Fatima, Akita and elsewhere.

Our source of solace and Hope and confidence which should lift up David Daleiden and his team and all of us concerned about the poor sinners drifting toward eternity in Hell by deliberation or by indifference or simply by sheer ignorance comes once again from Sr. Lucia:

        The Importance of the Rosary

“Look, Father, the Most Holy Virgin in these last times in which we live has given a new efficacy to the recitation of the Rosary, to such an extent that there is no problem, no matter how difficult it is, whether temporal or above all spiritual, in the personal life of each one of us, of our families, of the families of the world, or of the religious communities, or even of the life of peoples and nations, that cannot be solved by the Rosary. There is no problem, I tell you, no matter how difficult it is, that we cannot resolve by the prayer of the Holy Rosary. With the Holy Rosary we will save ourselves, we will sanctify ourselves, we will console Our Lord and obtain the salvation of many souls.”

“Finally, devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Our Most Holy Mother, consists in considering Her as the seat of mercy, of goodness and of pardon, and as the certain door by which we are to enter Heaven.”

The message of Fatima is then that we are now in a life or death struggle, even though most people are oblivious. As Sister Lucia warns us, “we must choose sides. Either we are for God or we are for the devil. There is no other possibility.”

Really, we should do what Sr. Lucia de Santos of Fatima tells us to do. There’s a lot of wood needs chopping.

[Moderator’s note: Ed, I deleted the link to the site that you referenced. I had a couple of reasons for doing so. First, the manner in which the blog author discusses Pope Francis is, for lack of a better word, unacceptable. Secondly, the site links to sites such as that of the schismatic Society of St. Pius X and to that of Fr. Nicholas Gruner, who was stripped of his priestly faculties and yet continued to put himself forth as a priest in good standing for several years until his death.]

        1. Hi Ed, It was me who edited out the link to tradition in action (TIA). People can look up the site if they want, but it is a deeply schismatic site which has shown deep contempt for St. John Paul, Pope Benedict – and believes (and teaches) that the Church erred in canonizing St. Faustina – who it maintains is a fraud. The Church actually is infallible when it canonizes a saint – it is one of those places where infallibility applies. TIA does not believe the Church has ANY teaching authority other than that which agrees with the often peculiar positions of TIA. That was Martin Luther’s position as well – so I do not consider it a Catholic website. (Women of Grace did a very concise piece that touched on some of the problems with TIA). It just skims the surface, but you will get the idea. (Way back in 2002 a group tried to recruit me to TIA. After examination, I wasn’t having it then and I’m not having it now).

Additionally, it cannot be blasphemy against the Holy Spirit to reject ANY private revelation, even that which is formally approved, such as Fatima. The Church has long decreed that no Catholic is obliged to accept as doctrinal any private revelation, even if it is formally approved. It may be prudent (and often is in the best instances) but the authority that Christ made authoritative has maintained that however good the best private revelation is, it is not authoritative or binding on anyone.

For the last three years, I have gotten various interpretations of private revelations (including some formally approved ones) that purports to prove that Pope Francis is an anti-Pope, the False Prophet spoken of in Revelation, or even, in the most over-heated instance, the Antichrist. I have put such in the electronic equivalent of a circular file. In the last week, I have dealt with two supposed private revelations that condemn anyone who criticizes a Bishop or Pope – one claiming Jesus used furiously violent language even against Cdl. Burke. (Some people just seem to love to call down fire and brimstone on anyone who errs – or just does not think like them – and then blame it on God). That, too, has gone in the circular file. We are going to get all sorts of claims and counter-claims. There is good reason to be angry and upset right now – in many areas. But we are going to stick to solid methods of discernment. I described my approach just a few days agoust a few days agoust a few days ago. I had a multitude of blows yesterday. I did NOT write at length because I wanted to wait until I knew I could write in a sober, prudent manner. Things have started coming fast and furious – and they are going to get faster and more furious very quickly, I think. Please, let us vet everything we do. When we write in anger and force pieces to fit our case, it is not the Lord’s work we are doing.

Your standards have been very high, Ed, and I appreciate it. This was not up to those standards.

          1. Charlie, I understand your concerns with private revelation, including your own. And with certain sources or web sites that comment on topics by criticizing personalities in the Church or positions taken by the Vatican. Point taken. I pulled what I thought were well summarized points as related by Sr. Lucia during her conversations with her interlocutors in the 1920’s and 1930’s from the site in question. I thought I should show the link as the source of that summary. I had no intention to endorse anything on that site or the people who run it. The summary of Sr. Lucia’s thoughts speak for themselves.

Fatima devotees have taken some fairly critical positions regarding the Third Secret and whether or not the Consecration of Russia has been performed as requested, etc. They have not been kind to JP II or Benedict with respect to these issues. This is not news to me. A close friend of mine who died in 2011 was devoted to Fatima and the Rosary, the 5 First Saturdays and was a follower of Fr Gruner and his magazine which he made sure I had a copy of. I never met a man more devoted to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. While he was physically able he was an active member of the Legion of Mary going door to door and talking to total strangers about Mary and providing them with literature. I thought he was a bit over the top. So, I have been exposed to Fatima devotees and their hard core approach. BTW, he never implied to me or others that the Fatima story and revelations constitute infallible Catholic dogma.

In my own defense I did not intend for my comments to be a conflation of Fatima and its revelations to the 3 children, the Miracle of The Sun witnessed by 70,000 people, or subsequent comments and explanations by St. Lucia dos Santos of Fatima with formal doctrine of the Church.

I feel you have overcharged me in your comments.

I don’t want to triangulate Beckita but her powerful and well articulated post triggered me on reflecting on Mary and her role in the current unfolding Storm rising in intensity seemingly with every news cycle these days. Especially in her enumeration of the 5 Blasphemies Against Our Lady. I am contemplating the validity and importance of the concept that Jesus regards Blasphemy against His Mother as an outrage and an Unpardonable sin. This is quite an extreme concept.

In the months before embarking on my pilgrimage to the Holy Land I focused on preparing myself on making the trip as a means of getting to know Christ in a deeper way. To seek Him out and to walk in his footsteps. To walk with Him and to learn as much about Jesus as I could while there. One of my greatest surprises was discovering Mary in a deeper more intriguing way than ever I was taught in 16 years of Catholic education. It was while visiting this place that my thinking about the nature of Mary and her role in salvation history took a new turn.

            https://www.seetheholyland.net/church-of-st-anne/

This church stands a short walk across a courtyard from this place:

            https://www.seetheholyland.net/pools-of-bethesda/

To me Mary is the real mystery woman of the New Testament and her role in the life of Jesus and the Church and her role in Heaven are not well understood or explained to the average Catholic in the pews. I think it is because her place in Heaven and her relationship to the Holy Trinity and the importance to humanity in her status as Mediatrix of Graces, or the funnel through which God distributes sanctifying grace to the world, is almost too stupifying to be comprehended. Frankly, it seems the Church is almost embarrassed to proclaim Mary’s real status very loudly for fear of being accused of elevating Mary to a Divine status. The world is suspicious of how we revere Mary in the Catholic Church. “She’s not God she is just a human like the rest of us!” Yes and no. It’s a hard thing to wrap one’s mind around.

Beckita’s reaction to the Pachamama episode and what the heck the Vatican is up to with it, ( a blasphemy against Our Lady???) or …. “a direct attack on the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, and her Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart which is Full of Grace.” … leads me to thinking about the Unpardonable sin explained by Jesus to Sr. Lucia at the convent of Pontevedra on the night of May 29-30 1930 in which he delineated those 5 Blasphemies against His mother cited by Beckita which so offended Him as to be Unpardonable.

Which leads to my reflection on Matthew 12:31-32 on the Unpardonable Sin against the Holy Spirit.
Or, is a Blasphemy against Our Lady a Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit and thus Unpardonable?

I think we have to contemplate the connection, if any, between the 5 Blasphemies Against Our Lady as
described by Jesus on May 29-30 in Spain and the 6 sins against the Holy Spirit as described by Jesus as reported in Matthew 12: 31-32.

Such a reflection leads to this idea of the Mystical Union of Mary and the Holy Spirit. This relationship is also a hard thing to wrap one’s mind around. My view is that if we don’t grasp the nature of this relationship we will miss a lot of the truth about Mary.

The key in each case to the Unpardonable nature of the Blasphemies is that they are Unrepented.

Curiously, Mary seems extremely sorrowful over the fact that many souls are lost to Hell over Unrepented blasphemies against Her by poor sinners. Obstinate. Obstinate refusal to accept the mercy of God and forgiveness of outrages committed against Our Lady and the Holy Spirit. It appalls her.

My view is that Pachamama et al., and the PP San Francisco decision by Judge and Jury, are part and parcel of a growing darkness involving Blasphemies against Our Lady and the Holy Spirit which is increasingly cutting off the source of sanctifying grace and the path to salvation for us as individuals and for the whole world. I would call it a Storm.

We, at least I, find it horrifying for the prostrating “clerics” at the Vatican and for the Judge and Jurors in San Francisco and the PP staff who may be in terrible danger of going Unrepentant to a place where there will be no forgiveness. We can point to a whole lot of examples of poor sinners literally on the precipice — especially those Unrepentant supporters of Abortion in Congress and in the Church who presume they are headed for the Beatific Vision even as they hurry to the voting booth every two years and reaffirm their Unrepentance.

What is most important about Fatima, it seems to me, is not whether or not the private revelations and the proof of them at the Miracle of The Sun should be considered dogma of the Church but rather as a reliable guidance on how to respond to the rising Storm for our own benefit and the benefit of poor unrepentant sinners perhaps in our own families who are on a very dangerous path.

To reiterate my view: We should do as St. Lucia dos Santos of Fatima suggests we do. For our own sake and the sake of our families, friends, community, country and the world.

I am happy to leave it right there.

            1. Hi Ed…

I just read through all your thoughts and I don’t know if you have it yet, but Desmond A. Birch has a wonderful book out called “Trials, Tribulation and triumph before during and after the coming of the antichrist.” It goes into so much of everything we are facing today.

I just got done reading about Our Lady of Fatima and many things about the concecration of the world. The auther duly notes that part of the problem “could” also be that not enough people are making reparation on first Saturdays and the daily rosary and So much more I didn’t know about…

you just must ask for one for Christmas if you don’t have a copy. 🎅

I just learned the other day, the Vatican library also has a copy of it. It will really help you I think as it has me.

Secondly, I heard on relavant radio the other day (I believe it was Friday, that Fr. Simon thinks Pope Francis was quite caught off guard by the pacha mama thing, and when they wanted to bring them inside the church he said, “No!”

Fr Simon said, Our Holy Father has a zeal to help these androgenough (sp?) people but was unaware of that whole pachamama thing until it happened. .

Poor dear Francis. He is surrounded, in my opinion with people with their own agendas…yikes…

              ANYHOW, I hope this helps?

You can even order TTT from the library but I like reading it a little per night…it’s just excellent work.

We are lucky to have the author of TTT as a fellow squirrel 😆🤗🐿and sailor too I recently found out😄🌊🌬⛵

              1. Linda, Pope Francis is from South America where the Pachamama is well known. And if he wasn’t at first aware that she was being worshiped, he certainly became aware. At that point, given his role as Supreme Pontiff and leader of all that went on at the Amazon Synod, he had the authority and duty to instruct those working the synod to cease from idol worship. Fr. Simon may think the Pope said, “No,” but where is the evidence for that? And if he did say, “No,” it is such a serious offense before God, he should have said “No” a thousand times, if needed. What brings even more weightiness to this omission is that it didn’t occur in some obscure private place. It was a public scandal, at the highest level, for the entire Church. And we pray… God bless us all.

          2. There was one time when our agnostic neighbor and my mother were engaged in conversation,
when I wish I would have kept my mouth shut. (This probably was in the sixties).
My mother was telling him about the miracle of the sun when thousands witnessed it at Fatima.
I poo-pood it and scolded my mother in front of the neighbor that that was at the periphery of our faith, and was so proud to have shown off my knowledge.

            1. Sorrowful, Today I watched a mother holding her baby at Mass. He squirmed and dropped a toy and did what all little babies do. His mother still cuddled him, picked up the toy and just held him till he settled down. That is how God loves you. Regardless of what you do, He loves you.
I have been where you are so many times–wishing I hadn’t said or done something. That is all in the past and I can’t change anything about it except be upset with myself seeing all the damage I had done. I hadn’t taken into the account the extravagant Mercy of God. He is so powerful that he can make good come from the not so good things we do. Now, I don’t look at the negative results as much anymore because only God can fix them.
I found some prayers that Fr. Spitzer suggests:
“God be merciful to me a sinner”
              “Lord, save me”
              “Lord, I accept your forgiveness”
“Lord, I will try with all my heart to walk in Your light and love”
“Lord, make good come out of whatever harm I might have caused”
              “Thy loving will be done”
Then, since we are all in the present moment with God, perhaps make a reparation trusting that God has already taken care of it.
You will feel so much better 🙂 God love you.

I happened to listen to the priest who is on EWTN at the 3pm eastern hour after the Divine Mercy.
The subject was the Our Father, that God is totally aware of all of our needs and is constantly with us.

“That is how God loves you. Regardless of what you do, He loves you.”

Keep in mind I was a know it all back then. My mother was angry with me. She never said a word but preceded to write on paper a six page scolding and defense of the BVM. I was visiting with her at the time, so she only needed to walk from her bedroom into the family room to hand it to me. Never forgotten it and never loved my mother more for it.

          1. Thanks for the vote of confidence Tim. I don’t know what I have is a what you would call a gift or a curse.

I live a block away from a large suburban High School in Northern Virginia. I watch the buses pull up one after another to disgorger hundreds of 14 to 18 year old kids each morning. Thing is to me they all look alike. Same dress. Same haircuts. Same backpacks. Same shorts in the winter (where are their mothers!). Same no warm coats at all. Same no socks. Same headphones. Same cool slouch. No deviation from their own self-imposed codes. Prisoners of teenage convention. Oh, the irony! A whole army of them every morning. Straight from a cookie cutter. It really is an amazing thing to witness.

I keep telling my wife as we watch them troop into school where they are learning God knows what:

“They all want to be different. Just like everybody else.”

There is some comfort to being just like everybody else.

My gift or curse, depending on your point of view, is that I find I am different and think differently in a lot of ways. It gets awkward at times. Puts a lot of people off.

i keep telling my grandkids “If you only remember one thing about Grampy remember that he always told you to never let anybody do your thinking for you. Always do your own thinking.” They look at me like I am crazy.

            1. Storm Tracker: I remember reading somewhere that St. Maximilian Kolbe, completely understanding that Our Blessed Mother is only a creature, had made the connection that in a similar way–not exactly the same–but in a similar way in which Jesus is the Second Person Incarnate, His Sorrowful Mother is in a way an Incarnation of the Holy Spirit. Somehow, without being divinity herself, but rather being divinized through her Immaculate Conception and her constant and unceasing ‘Fiat’ she alone is in relation to the Holy Spirit such that she was overshadowed by Him, contained Him in union with her Son, and He came upon the apostles at Pentecost through her–as St. Louis de Montfort taught.

Perhaps it is correct to say that while she is not at all 100% divine and 100% human, she is 100% human and 100% divinized by the working of the Holy Spirit and her unceasing cooperation with grace in which she has never existed and never will exist outside of Divine Will.

Those are my thoughts, not St. Maximilian Kolbe’s. (I don’t want to get him into trouble for something I said. lol)

Citizen Free Press is pretty cool, totally conservative but just not comprehensive enough. And Fox’s online page is sparsely conservative news but with oddly liberal wording and omissions, not to mention too many pictures of Hollywood female parts.

Gird us in Truth, oh Lord. Place on our heads the helmet of salvation and on our chests the breastplate of righteousness. Shod our feet with the sandals of peace to carry the gospel of the Lord. We pick up the shield of faith against the fiery darts of the enemy and the sword which is the Word of God. Place a battling angel by every window, door and person. For the people of the Kingdom, and the people of Heaven, shall rise together, shall rise forever, and God shall rule!

Kristen; I finally got around to having our house blessed a few weeks ago. The priest called down angels to stand at the 4 corners of the property and sprinkled blessed salt in front of every window and door. Now to bury St. Benedict medals where the angels stand sentry duty. 🙂

We were told that it would be just a matter of time that our car would be stolen. They said it was not an ‘if’ but a ‘when’. I prayed that prayer each time we parked and our car was never stolen!

      2. Christopher, I used to restore statues. I was asked to restore a statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary by a 100 year old Croatian Baka (grandma). It was brittle plastic and Mary’s face was hopelessly crushed. I had to admit to Baka that it couldn’t be done. She gave me the statue. What to do…? We were building our lake home at the time so I buried it in the front entrance before they poured the cement steps. I was never afraid to open that front door to strangers because the Blessed Mother was right there guarding it. Oh, and I placed Miraculous metals in the walls before they were sheet rocked.

    1. I think that’s it. What would have been the best case scenario if David had won at this time. It wasn’t covered at all by MSM, and hardly even by many Christian media. The victory would have been swept under the rug and Californian authorities would have still found away to block release of the videos by appeals or other means. It has to go federal so all Americans, (hopefully even here in Canada too), it brings the abortion debate out where it is clear to all the horror that abortion is. And then all will have to choose without ignorance which side they are on.

  15. I think it’s clear that we can expect no justice in California, as the state seems determined to destroy itself. Skyrocketing prices, high taxes, natural disasters, irrational politics, inability to fund its obligations, middle class being driven away, increasing wealth and health gap in major cities to the point they are closer to Guatemala City than the US. Now they’ve decided to elect a former apprentice of Hugo Chavez to the DA position in San Francisco which will probably add increasing violence and disorder to the ledger. You’ll have a city of billionaires in fortresses and vast, squalid camps in between. He bragged about growing up in Latin America and we can expect that he will try to push SF that way.

Long story short I don’t think we can expect any more justice there than we could in 1965 Moscow. Let’s just hope the rest of the country isn’t sliding as fast, but frankly i’m not confident of that.

  17. Thinking and praying today while sitting on the deer stand but not seeing any deer. I told my wife jokingly but somewhat seriously that not praying while sitting and waiting for deer should be a confessional issue as it is such a good quiet time to think and to pray, with few distractions, assuming the deer haven’ come yet and it is not too cold! It does seem that people are more and more choosing sides and are hardening themselves in their choices. As I am merely human I do wonder when God decides that leaving things continue will not lead many more to salvation, and in fact can endanger the salvation of many, and thus, it is time for God to act through His dear mother to bring about a housecleaning. But we must remain faithful and trust God that He knows what He is doing and we must bear patiently the sufferings that go along with these times we are living. May God act soon, and begin to purify us each also, although the last can be a hard prayer to pray. .

    1. @CD: “and if married Clergy is one part of the Fix … so be it” Only if those clergy and their wives agree to remain continent. Otherwise those married men can’t have the Church as their Bride. Why? Because in the one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church, adultery is not permitted.

      1. I think this idea leans toward the extreme, III. We can look to the many married priests in the Eastern Rites of the Church as well as the Episcopalian married priests who have come into the Church with their families and we see married clergy who are faithful to the Church.

        Liked by 5 people

        1. This seems extreme to you, Bekita? Okay. Small ‘t’ tradition/discipline of Eastern Rites vs the small ‘t’ tradition/discipline of the Roman Rites aside, the larger issue that I raised, as you will note, is not marriage and previous children so much as sexual continence–a Josephite marriage with agreement between spouses for those married clergy including, perhaps, all those who serve at Our Lord’s altars.

If I understand you correctly, being a priest shouldn’t be an extreme state in life?

Are we not all called, within our states in life, to be radically Catholic? Continence is a radical choice to be sure, but being able to have chaste sex does not correct the predominantly sodomitical abuse scandal under which we now suffer. And that seemed to be the thrust of CD’s comment. That allowing chaste married sex will fix the scandal. I think that you would agree that it won’t.

          1. My point was simply that, in addition to priests in the Latin rite who promise to remain celibate, there are married priests in the Church, usually Eastern Rite, who are faithful to both their marital vows and their ordination promises.

            1. Thank you, Bekita. I understood your point; however, from your reply it wasn’t clear to me that you understood my comment to CD and his optimistic idea for a ‘fix’. That’s all.

  22. I hope Desmond does not mind if I share this that we were discussing this morning:

I had asked Desmond A few days ago on fb abut Our Lady of Akita’s last message of Oct 6, 2019. We were also talking about our sailing experiences from years long ago, so he gave quite an interesting metaphor that I feel might be good to share, as it has made me see and execute a deeper plan of prayer, fasting and pennance.

I believe his metaphor may help deepen all of us…so drummmmmm rolllllllll plz….🤗😇😘

Desmond replied, “My best answer might be a metaphor: I think we aremerely running ‘wing and wing’ downwind of a terrible squall, which is ominously gaining on us. It is obvious at this point we cannot outrun it – but we have the option of quartering off to the port or starboard – to evade it, or perhaps the worst of it. That quartering has been explained by dozens of Canonized Saints, Blessed, and Venerable. It is comprised of heroic personal levels of prayer, sacrifice and penance. We cannot ‘Count on George to do it’. That kind of thinking is what accompanied the journey and arrival to our present horrific position.” Desmond A. Birch

Most if not all of you would not need this, but here it goes:

Patrick Madrid said that if you experience suffering from consequences of past sins/mistakes etc…indeed you CAN offer this suffering of shame, guilt or sorrow up daily in a spirit of reparation. ..so sort of what Charlie told me…God can use evil to draw out good.

This new knowledge was a great sign of hope to me today. 😄

Maybe pass it on to someone else that is hurting🤗😇😘

    1. He is an important “beatified” for these times, especially since he was a well-known and popular media personality. Our country, our communities, our families are painfully divided in part because the various sources of information ~ trusted by those who follow them ~ are saying completely opposite things in many cases. Some are accurate; some are mistaken; some are outright lying. There is such a thing as Truth ~ discerning and reporting it is key.

Venerable Fulton Sheen, pray for us.

  25. Charlie, you were bamboozled? Or is this an exceptional moment of naivete for you, and I say that with sincerity. Our blessed Lord Jesus himself stood innocent before Pilate, yet, Pilate delivered him over to death. No, in my humble view, this verdict was to be expected for the simple reason that the Prince of this world, Satan, had his way with this young Lion of God. But in time, God’s Truth will prevail.

    1. Funny, just the day before yesterday David and I were chatting when he noted that most of his friends are taking this much harder than he is. He is amazingly upbeat and cheery – knows that this will give him a chance to get this out in front of a larger forum…and that with each step to a larger forum it makes it harder for the Deep State Media to keep a lid on it. There has also been an unexpected development pop up, a potential significant defection from the other side, that has to be kept secret for now, that has David quite enthused.

I listened to a few of Fr. Michel`s talks last week!! He has the 2 from the N.J. Conference plus a few audios….all very interesting. I didn`t know he had been speaking in the U.S. recently. I was super interested in his talks since I know him and totally trust him.

I was fortunate to attend one of his weekly retreats at the Cenacle, Cacouna, Quebec in Jan. 2011. He is an amazing priest.

  29. Dear Charlie and All, this news certainly felt like a death knell. Had to sit and pray and think it over. A very solemn time indeed, one for sackcloth and ashes….Nevertheless, this should not dismay, not overcome and not prevent those brave souls from standing firm with new resolve. I hope and pray David sets his face like flint. Perhaps he gained consolation from the gospel reading on last Saturday (Memorial of the Blessed Virgin Mary, no less). Could not help but notice the timely parallel….”In a certain city there was a judge who neither feared God nor regarded man……And will not God vindicate his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over them? I tell you, he will vindicate them speedily.” But not without much perseverance and nagging….I pray David to keep on trucking….
However, the end of that gospel is haunting, “Nevertheless, when the Son of man comes, will he find faith on earth?” This echoes and reverberates throughout the universe. It appears to be a rhetorical question meant for each of us.

The readings from Wisdom last week, too, were fresh. But to get more context and the fullness of the reading, go back PLEASE, go and read back to at least chapter 12 of Wisdom, how rich and poignant and revealing these words are anew for us in the here and now, so that we not be dismayed, not be deterred and for us to realize where we are and how we are delivered. Solomon was recalling the current conditions in light of their previous choices, both of the Eqyptians and Hebrews….WISDOM indeed. They were released from the bonds of slavery, they still had to flee it, they still had to endure great discomfort, displacement, distress, suffering. So we will not escape the struggle due us, but marked with Christ, we will be spared death to our soul.

How many plagues were sent to Egypt before they finally relented and then still they changed their mind and chose to wage revenge on the people of God? And there is a subtle current running through all of this. It feels like the Angel is being sent out among the residents of Egypt on the night of the Passover, testing the doors and looking for the mark of the Lamb. Through everything there is an asking, for whom are we marked? The issue of abortion has been an asking point very succinctly in many circles…in that courtroom, at the bishop’s conference, for presidential candidates, in the communion line for Joe Biden, perhaps in some of our conversations.

Who knows how much more is to come, how much more ugly it must become before people are revolted by their choices and their ignorance. Part of me, says let it come, let it get so ugly that people beg God to come back. (This came to mind as I saw the drag queen money raising event for Planned Parenthood where they were auctioning off Christian effigies…
    https://www.theblaze.com/news/drag-queens-sponsor-planned-parenthood-fundraiser-with-performances-attacking-christians
…THIS is what they have to represent their cause? Are people waking up to the grotesqueness yet?) But the other part of me, is dreading that, not wanting any more ugliness. Has is gotten bad enough yet? For many of us, no, but for so many others, blood is being shed every day. Not every one sees the blood yet. God promised He would not destroy the earth with a flood again through the sign of the rainbow (so adulterated in today’s culture, a particular satanic tactic), but He also says, though, in Gen 9: “For your lifeblood I will surely require a reckoning; of every beast I will require it and of man; of every man’s brother I will require the life of man. 6 Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed; for God made man in his own image.” We hear Jesus talking about the days of Noah in our recent readings….

How could that jury decide how they did seeing the grotesqueness of human choices and still deny justice? Can we continue to place high expectations on people to make the right decisions at this point? Please God, there will be heroes to give witness like the Maccabean martyrs, but a conversion of Antiochus to prevent that martyrdom?

The answers are close at hand. What rarely if ever happens to me, I awoke from a dream today with a succinct word resounding in my head, “Metanoia.” I didn’t know what it meant right off or I couldn’t remember. I looked it up again this morning. This word alone is all I need to know right now and all I need to do.
