Abortion Apocalypse Now!

Child Sacrifice

By Charlie Johnston

The establishment media has carefully avoided giving any coverage to the preliminary hearing in the criminal case the California Atty. Gen.’s office brought against David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt in their undercover journalism project to reveal Planned Parenthood (PP) and other abortion outlets sale of the organs of aborted babies for profit. The sale of such parts for profit is illegal throughout the country.

Obviously, if the news were good for Planned Parenthood and its allies – and bad for Daleiden, it would be front-page news all across the country. That the establishment media is effectively blacking it out tells you who is taking the hits. Even so, the revelations are so horrific that some are bleeding out despite the media’s best efforts to keep it mum.

We have learned, over the course of this hearing, that many outlets were, indeed, using the organs of aborted babies as a profit center. We have learned that former Obama Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch pushed the California AG’s office to target and prosecute Daleiden. We have learned that abortionists endangered women’s lives by doing more dangerous means of aborting their babies in order to get preferred types of intact tissue. We have learned how extensively the California AG’s office worked with PP to support laws which they could use to “get” Daleiden and Merritt. We have learned how closely PP and the AG’s office jointly coordinated the planning of this prosecution.

Most horribly, we have learned that the beating hearts supplied to research centers were harvested from living, born babies. The reality is so horrific that Dr. Forrest Smith, a California abortionist whose career spans many decades, took the stand to testify to that reality. Dr. Smith initially intended to expose Daleiden as a fraud – but when he realized what PP and its allies are doing, he was horrified. He is a witness friendly to Daleiden now, convinced that these barbaric practices must be stopped. Some of the babies, fully born and living, are killed by the dissection process itself. How depraved does a person have to be to see a living, distressed baby and, instead of cuddling it, instead cut it open with a scalpel and tear its heart out? This is truly an evil worthy of Nazi doctor Josef Mengele. When I wrote, a few months back, that I had learned something so shocking that I couldn’t sleep for several nights, this is what I was talking about. Most of the people who kill these babies through dissection are women. How dead must you make your conscience, your humanity, to do this and consider it all just part of a day’s work?

LifeSite News has given the best, most comprehensive coverage of the preliminary hearing. Breitbart has done yeoman work as well – and the revelations have been shocking enough that Fox News, National Review, and the Federalist have weighed in, along with sporadic coverage from other outlets. Keep in mind that this was just a probable cause hearing – which will determine whether the criminal case can go to trial at all. It was peculiar that the California AG chose to go the route of a preliminary hearing rather than use a grand jury to indict and go directly to trial. With a grand jury indictment, which a competent prosecutor can get for almost anything, the dirty laundry would not have been exposed so soon. I suspect three things were going on:

  • The AG and PP wanted to get an idea just how much Daleiden and his team already knew before going to an actual trial.
  • The AG was hoping to tank the case and get it thrown out before having to go to an actual trial, where it will be harder to hide the ugly truth of all this (though heaven knows, the media has gotten very adept at hiding facts that damage the left.)
  • There is an intense game of chicken going on here. At some point, the AG figured it has a disaster of a case. PP puts a LOT of money into politics – yet is completely unaware of how damaging all of this stuff is. It has gotten its way by bullying opponents for many decades now and is certain that tactic will still work. None of the rational leftist officials wants to become the subject of PP’s ire – for though it can’t help anybody much anymore, it can still hurt old allies a lot. So the AG wants to make the judge, Christopher Hite, the scapegoat for this case tanking. Judge Hite, who I think is a left-leaning but genuinely honorable judge, sees this game and lets it play out to illustrate, as it all implodes, that the AG had no business bringing this case in the first place.

Judge Hite will decide in the next month whether the case can go forward to trial or whether to…um…abort it. I am convinced that the AG’s frontline prosecutors are deeply hoping Hite tosses the case. The judge may well consider that all he really needed to come out to show what a misfire this case was from the start has come out – so I give it a 50/50 shot that he will toss it.

Meantime, the federal civil case that PP has against Daleiden goes to trial in just a couple of weeks. That is an even more disastrous case for PP than this state criminal case is. My perception is that Judge William Orrick, who is a judge completely supportive of PP, has tried to give the abortionists several graceful opportunities to bow out over the last few months. But PP is utterly convinced that its raw muscle makes it invincible, so has not taken the hint. I really look forward to the civil trial, as I think it will be an utter humiliation for PP and the National Abortion Federation (NAF) – and will be brutally hard for the establishment media to ignore.

Though PP and the media think it can hide the death camp level of depravity that infuses abortion centers, they would be well-advised to heed the counsel of America’s 2nd President, John Adams, who famously said while legally defending soldiers from the Boston Massacre – deeply unpopular defendants – that, “Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passion, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.” Adams won his case.

I am glad of the hubris and arrogance of PP. I am convinced that the commencement of this preliminary hearing was the commencement of the fall of Planned Parenthood. We know who they are. It is being revealed through this hearing and more to come. Now, each of us must choose who we are. And all of us will have to give account for what we choose.

  1. I had a notable day one at PP for a 40 days for life campaign. A gentleman slowed his vehicle to pose a comment: “over population… not enough food”….etc. my reply “Trust in God”. It hit me a few moments later as killing humans, no less children, to appease an ideology. The gentleman was an ordinary average guy who wasn’t shouting or acting out as the usual lunatics. Scary.

“Dear children! Today I am calling you to pray for my intentions so that I may help you. Little children, pray the Rosary and meditate the mysteries of the Rosary because, in your life, you are also passing through joys and sorrows. In this way, you are transforming the mysteries into your life, because life is a mystery until you place it into God’s hands.

In this way, you will have the experience of faith like Peter who met Jesus and the Holy Spirit filled his heart. Little children, you are also called to witness by living the love with which, day by day, God wraps you with my presence. Therefore, little children, be open and pray with the heart in faith. Thank you for having responded to my call. ”

  2. Thanks to Charlie for coming to Kansas City! It was a small, but “mighty” group.

I want to please ask all of you to pray for my Niece, Lisa. She has a very rare condition called “Nutcracker syndrome.” She recently had surgery with 24 staples going up and down. But now the surgery it is not working. She will have to go back and get a “cadaver vein” or have her kidney removed – unless the vein carrying blood to her kidney starts working. I would appreciate your prayers, as I know you are a mighty group! Thanks so much in advance! Connie B.

  3. Beckita, is that four letter S word going to affect Missoula? I have been so looking forward to fall that it never occurred to me that as summer continues in the southeast, winter arrives already in the northwest. Our leaves have barely started turning and dew points were in the low 70’s earlier this week. 🙂

    1. Sure is Joyful. Big time impact in the mountains and some cities. Looks like we’ll get off with a few inches while other towns and cities are looking at a foot or more. Some reports are saying we’ll break the 1930’s record. The very wet snow is heavy and will greatly affect tree branches and power lines. Praying for power to remain on.

    1. CrewDog, thank you for your service and for manning our TNRS-ASOH watchtower!!

Our first born child was just about one year old at the beginning of Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Our Veronica will be 30 years old soon! My employer, St. Francis Hospital encouraged its staff to write a letter to *any soldier*. I did and here are heartening letters that we received in return from “any soldier aka Chad Smith”:

A few years later my seventh grade CCD class and I sent another letter to *any soldier* in Operation Iraqi Freedom and were blessed with a letter of thanks from 1Lt Bradford Cary.

God bless our soldiers and vets, one and all!

      1. I answered one of those “Any Soldier Letters, JL
Amy, a Catholic schoolgirl from PA. I remember sending her a pic of me by The Jet and later one of my units coffee mugs with her name on it. I think of her from time to time and hope she is having a good life. She would be in her 40s now … Yikes!! Where have all the years gone.
On a more funny/naughty Dear Any Soldier note. My oldest son was in college at the time and Playboy Magazine decided to support The Troops by asking readers to submit names/addresses of family/friends deployed ….. so I get a nice note and signed Skimpy Bikini and Motorcycles Calendar from some young Bunny and a nice letter from a “old” Playmate who figured that since I had a son in college I must be of her generation … no naughty calendar ;-(
No! Patrick did not end up in NO at The House of the Rising Sun. My last official act in the AF was to swear him in as a 2LT of Marines and he is now a Nashville Metro Police LT ….. soon to retire.
My Parents warned me that the years would fly-by when I got old …. I didn’t believe that nor the aching bones with WX change … I believe now!

        1. I love your *any soldier* story CrewDog, and your telling of your son’s adventures. You are a proud papa, and righty so! Life is fleeting, which is why reaching out to each other in acts of love and of mercy are so beneficial.

Being an offspring of orphaned parents and having had only distant relatives in terms of proximity and relativity, we never had any generational *war* stories to share while breaking bread. So I cherish these small connections that I’ve made and the stories you and other soldiers and vets share of great bravery and heroism.

My children’s paternal grandfather fought under General Patton and the family has a hand written letter to their grandpa from the general himself. Sadly their Grandpa was in the late stages of Alzheimer’s Disease when I came into his life and I/we really never got to hear him tell his *war* stories either.

“GOD SAVE OUR TROOPS & ALL HERE!!” Amen! ❤

    2. and on Rush Limbaugh today:
“Now, if they were actually able to impeach Trump and get rid of him, it doesn’t mean Hillary would be president. I think the objective here could well be, in her mind… I’m not saying the Democrats have agreed to this, and I’m not saying that the Democrats running for president like Warren and Crazy Bernie have signed onto this. They clearly wouldn’t and haven’t. But she’s lurking out there. She clearly wants this. She thinks that she has been screwed twice out of this job, especially in 2016.

She wants it so bad she can taste it, and I wouldn’t be a bit surprised… I’m not predicting it right now, but I won’t be a bit surprised if she ends up trying to get the Democrat nomination before all of this is said and done.”

  4. Today’s article by Mark Mallett, “Unfurling Revolution,” on MarkMallett.com is the best I have ever read about socialism’s open push for revolution based on man made climate change obsessive drive for world control. Mark offers a detailed assessment of the lie of overall science support and Pope Francis’ adoption of that false position. Fits well with Charlie’s comments and well informed commenters on ASOH. May God continue to bless and guide all here. jas

  6. CrewDog, I have a question for you. President Trump says our military was being run down by the last administration, of whose name I do not say. Now, he says that it is great and in good shape, the best in the world. Is he exaggerating?

    1. Yes, AM ;-(
As my Old Mother used to say, “Rome wasn’t built in a day”!
It takes a long time/lots of $$$ to rebuild a neglected Military … as we did when Reagan rebuilt ours in the 80’s. It was the 80’s Military that won the Cold War with the Soviet Union/East Bloc and went on to the Persian Gulf War …. that Military was decimated ….. and near 30 years of PC and Middle East unpleasantness has taken a terrible toll ….. and our enemies know it!

GOD SAVE THE REPUBLIC & ALL HERE!!

      1. Thank you, CrewDog, for your reply. Was hoping for a different answer, but I guess I am not surprised. So sad. Very thankful for your service and all here who served. My oldest brother served in the Army as a Vietnam combat medic. My Father was a pilot for the Navy during WW2. Grandfather was WW1. God bless all you Vets, present and past.
